Tru by Hilton Spokane Valley

It was very hip and young a bit too much for my taste. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was very well equipped for my needs. The only concern I had was the bed was very low and difficult for me to get out of.

Misrepresentation and rude staff Nothing looked like the photos of the hotel that were online to get you to stay at their hotel in Spokane WA. The room with a king bed was very small and it looked like a dorm room. The walls were not sound proof at all you could hear everything in the next room and there is train tracks right next to the hotel and in the middle of the night the trains woke you up. After I checked in and saw the room I went directly downstairs and complained and wanted my money back they wouldn’t refund my 4 night stay and all they said was all the rooms are the same size. I travel a lot and will never stay in one of their hotels again especially in Spokane

The place I usually stay at in this area was not available, so I thought I would give this place a try. Poor value vs. the price per night stay. The property and building are new, that's about all it has going for it. The rooms are poorly soundproofed (I could easily hear things in neighboring rooms and outside my window). My room was very small for having a king bed. The furnishings are very basic and extremely cheap (the "desk" reminded me of my 70's era elementary school classroom in terms of size). Don't get me wrong, it's a fine place to stay. I feel, however, that the price per night stay was EASILY more than double what it was worth, in my opinion.

Did not get room that we reserved, ended up in the smallest room in the hotel. check in person was entirely unconcerned blaming *******. Everywhere is booked too late to go anywhere else NOT worth 300 a night. Terrible.

Not coming back Room was rather small and not user friendly counter tops night stands all to small and no room or items. Left trash and dirty towels in the floor. Bathroom had little toilet paper and towels and no closets. Made a Motel 6 look like luxury accommodations

Staff is lovely, property is clean and well kept, and the ice/water station by the elevators is super handy! I love the effort that they have put into making the room controls accessible for blind folks—there is a screenreader available on the TV and all lights and heat/AC can be controlled from there!
