La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Spokane Downtown

Clean and crisp hotel. Morning breakfast was great, ample choices for a light breakfast. Great staff! Room was nice, great bed and pillows. We will make this our spot when staying in Spokane. Very close to the hospitals which is why we chose it initially. Parking was good. We were there on a Thursday so no problem with parking spots. Might be more difficult on a weekend when the hotel is full. Great place.

Got there and they changed the policy and would not let us stay so almost $700 for two rooms for two nights with insurance went down the train because they didn’t accept Washington residence, which was a new policy and instead of honoring our stay they told us no and turned his way after we already paid which they just made in a new policy that you cannot be a local residence and stay there, but it was never posted anywhere

I like the staff and the rate. We needed to extend our stay and they were very accommodating. The location is on a very busy street and the rooms were very quiet.

Lobby - dirty Floors - dirty Elevator dirty Room - stunk and dirty. Including dirty comforters — 1 had old mold stains and the other yellow stain smelling of urine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bathroom — dirty Surrounding — unsafe / dirty

Room was clean and modern. Kids playing in hallway at 10pm knocking on doors and can hear 7-11 security camera talking at night. My room and mother in-laws rooms were purchased on *******. I could not get manager to provide final bill because it was a 3rd party company , but my mother in law was provided final bill, but at much higher price. Also while checking out the person in front of me was charged an extra $189 to their room , manager said it was a new software mistake ???? I don’t trust this place for billing correctly.
