Baymont by Wyndham Spokane

The front desk staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. The room is spacious enough, with everything in good working order.

We paid in advance for the room. On the hotel check in policy the hotel on fine print stated that we can check in latest by 6 am the following day. At 3:15 the hotel tagged us as a no show contrary to their contract with us. We were turned out into the street in Spokane even if they had already received our funds in advance. They have declined to give us a full refund for what was their fault. We spent 10000 usd on trip.com per month and would caution other business travels to be aware that their actual actions are different from stated and wanted to share our experience of being put out in the street. We don’t want other people to go through the same. I’ll do we did not use the room at 3:15 AM after almost 20 hour journey from Houston to Seattle by train from Seattle to Spokane arriving to get into the hotel to rest and shower denied. I don’t want anything else to go through the same experience it was terrible.

The hotel has wonderful character...love the unique architectural structures of the building. The garage is unique with a very steep driveway, but I do like the option to not have my vehicle out in public parking lot.

Good value for the price An older hotel but in good shape with soundproof walls. Our room was comfortable and quite large. Easy walking distance to downtown with free parking. Breakfast was average but edible. The staff were very friendly and helpful 🙂

The bathroom door doesn't close, we had to use it with the door open The fire alarm got pulled at 3 am, so no sleep. Comfortable bed, nice location, friendly staff

The couple behind the counter were very friendly and had breakfast ready by 5am the next day. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Spokane. Great price, everything you need, I couldn't ask for anything else. Highly recommend.
