It was amazing and loved the antiques, etc. Very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly!

Beautiful property, the fish and chips to die for with great service! The peacock lounge and staff perfection! The rooms are stuffy they need freshening up maybe deep cleaning carpets. Otherwise this historic hotel is beautiful!

Rooms were spotless and so was hotel. Love that they have valet parking, makes it so nice to not to have to worry about parking.

To be honest and fair, it would be hard to dislike the Davenport Historic Hotel in Spokane. It really is a magnificent hotel that almost also doubles as a museum. I love hotels like this that remind me of Europe and some of the finest hotels. Visit the Peacock Room for cocktails and the Palm Court Grill and lobby and also enjoy the second floor delights of the special rooms that are part of a tour or used for special occasions. The rooms could be described as a little plain by comparison and could have done with more refreshment coffees and teas - there were no decaf pods for the Keurig or English teas. Small complaint and the bathrooms were magnificent. The breakfast was great in the Palm Court room and very nice service throughout the hotel. Would recommend as the center for your Spokane activities. Spokane is a great city with plenty of charms. The lovely Riverfront Park of course is a gem and a delight - a nice remnant of the 1974 World's Fair in Spokane and which the city is eager to celebrate the 50th anniversary of next year.

Truely lovely hotel. The architecture and decor are gorgeous, and the room layout was fantastic for a location of this vintage plenty of room and plug-ins, easy to get the room to a comfortable temperature. Great shower which is important to a 6'5" man like myself. The staff was lovely, the valets loved my car, and drove it with respect. Couldn't ask for more.

It was great to stay there. Incredible environment. Beautiful service. How could anyone want to stay anywhere else?? Only challenge was a couple of plumbing fixtures' parts in the bathroom. I am guessing a training problem as cleaning staff must have missed the shower handle that was broken and the bathroom sink stopper did not function properly. If I were training staff I would make it clear that everything in the room and bath that should "function" needs to be tested prior to assigning to a guest. However we loved everything else!

We wish there would have been some sort of shuttle service to the airport the Uber was quite expensive for only 11 minutes away.

Outstanding service from the bell-hop to the valets, registration desk, and room service. All were professional and very friendly! The hotel’s atmosphere could not be more romantic and opulent.
