The hotel is a century-old hotel, the first floor is the restaurant and bar, the restaurant has good breakfast and dinner, especially the steak is delicious, because the American beef is also very good. The room facilities are very good, the bed is very soft and the sheets are changed every day. And the hotel does not charge for the tip we cleaned. The room is very good, large in size, new facilities, and modern. The breakfast variety is also richer, and the fruit has a mixed platter of cut grapes, blueberries and strawberries. But the room arranged for us is not a city view room, but the other side. As a result, the noise of the car at night was too loud, and I couldn't sleep well. I asked to change a room, but there was no room available. It would be one night.

The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful. He was from New Mexico and ver friendly. The bed is one of the best I’ve ever slept on! Maybe it was just our room but it was awesome. The room was very clean and the toiletries were a step up from Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast began early which was helpful to us. It was a great breakfast. Nice place.

4 people, 2 nights in 2 rooms. This is an excellent, well rounded place to stay. Check in went quick and front desk was very friendly and professional. The room very adequate and very clean and tidy (I'm a little picky about cleanliness in general). No need to bring shampoo, conditioner or body gel. There are huge dispensers of each in the showers-I will remember next time so I don't need to bring those. Also lotion & bar soaps provided. Their eye to details were great - even down to providing 2 pillows per person with them labeled on the pillowcase SOFT or FIRM! Love it no guessing or just providing all medium pillows. I like firm, hubs likes soft :) This was EWU move in weekend & the occupancy was a little crazy so a couple little things showed up in the lacking dept...the maids didn't take away & replace dirty towels or take away misc breakfast dishes/garbage. And when I went to pick up breakfast (which was great by the way) I was the 9th group to pick up & nothing was ready-it took quite a bit of time to get it. Glad I wasn't on a tight time frame that morning. Second morning we skipped breakfast because of the wait time etc. Can't eat cold eggs 2 mornings in a row. Every interaction night and day with the front desk they were extremely friendly, helpful and multitasking like crazy-and got everything right, including helping me charge waters to my room through the side window while he had a line waiting-a nice gentleman on duty 9/18/20 8pm. Thank you for such great service during an incredibly busy time for you.

GGuest UserHaving stayed at around 100 Hampton Inns -most of which look very similar - I was surprised to see the design of this one. It was quite unlike other Hamptons I had visited. It’s located near the airport (I didn’t hear any planes) and close to the city. Huge car park. We were on the final night of our long (4,500 miles) road trip so it was great to get a nice friendly welcome, hassle-free check-in, comfortable beds in a good room and a clean hotel. The breakfast was good and the same area holds the restaurant in the evening (whihc I have reviewed separately- I didn’t like it). I would stay here again.

GGuest UserI was in town to visit family and had a nice safe haven at the Hotel Ruby! The staff was exceptionally kind, the room was clean and cute and the rates were really good. The location was great, I enjoyed getting up in the morning and going for a nice walk to grab coffee. A really good home base!

GGuest UserWe had a few minor problems with our room, no remote, not totally clean room, but it was remedied by the staff. The location is central, but homeless people and police activity on the street. That said, the best hotel in town is in the next block. Overall I thought it was fine and I liked walking to the Steam Plant Restaurant and to a coffee place in the morning

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay, considering it is a pet friendly place. There was a bit of urine smell, but nothing like I expected. They tried to make it as pet urine free as possible, and kudos to their efforts. The bed was comfy, frig worked good, the people were excellent to deal with, and overall a pleasant experience, and my kitty and I will definitely stay again.. thx everyone!

GGuest UserThey paid to remove my review from here as well. This hotel is a den for illicit activity. We went during very strict restrictions as we were moving from one town to a next. The internet claimed it is a quaint inn, but in reality, unmasked people came up to us and tried to see what we had in our moving truck. The room was filthy, the walls, paper-thin. The whole building smelled like smoke, and they did not issue us a refund even though it clearly is not what was advertised to us. This is not a safe neighbourhood, this is not a safe property, and when I went to get something from my car, there was a man with sunglasses staring at me, with his window rolled down, and he would not stop. This is a den for illicit activity, they were not compliant with COVID rules when the pandemic was at its peak. This is before vaccines were even available. We were literally afraid for our lives. Again, I could not leave a review on the site where I booked with them because they cancelled my booking, but still refused to give me a refund. So, they probably filled the room with somebody who was too desperate to know any better. Opportunistic, bad hygiene, certainly violating many laws and regulations. Please please please shut this place down.

Ttoril415Due to flight issues I had to find a hotel near the Spokane, WA airport for a last minute to stay. The Motel 6 1508 S. Rustle Rd was unbelievably unsanitary. There were multiple large stains on the comforter of the bed and also on the sheets, mildew in the shower and what looked to be feces smeared on the wall with hair coming out of it.I have literally never seen such an unsanitary hotel room in my life. I've been using hotels.com for years and I have never stayed at such an unsanitary place.I took photos that were submitted to hotels.com. The also room reeked of cigarette smoke even though I booked nonsmoking. The uber driver that picked me up from there informed me that it is a hotel commonly frequented by **********s and drug dealers, something that was also confirmed by airport staff --which explained a lot with regards to the loud noises in the night. If I hadn't missed the last flight so late at night I would have never stayed there. It has been a bad experience for me and they were not able to refund me because I had not complained directly to the lady at reception. My room's phone had all the numbers wiped off of it (probably with bleach) and I didn't want to make the trip down those creepy dark hallways back to reception so late at night.
