Riva Luxury Suites

We stayed for one night at the start of our trip. The beds were comfortable and the room size was decent for the three of us. I don’t think I would’ve enjoyed staying here for my vacation but given it was one night and a functional stay, it was just fine. Their location is excellent. And their staff is very accommodating and helpful via WhatsApp. They are strict about the 10 AM checkout time, but will hold your luggage in their office check-in area. I think overall it was great for what we paid!

An amazing experience .The suite on the waterfront,close to restaurants ,bars and shops.Central to sight seeing ,check out view from balcony. Roko a wonderful and welcoming host.Worth the daily climb,some steps, but a well appointed suite coffee machine and great shower. Aircon well received. EXCEPTIONAL!! I’m extremely particular and this apartment was wonderful! View and location can not be beat! Clean! Comfortable and well stocked. Spacious and bright. Breakfast vouchers were an unexpected treat. Breakfast every morning on the promenade with delicious food and great service as part of the rental. Roko was wonderful… helpful, prompt, and attentive to any need in addition to being a nice person. If going to Split rent here. You’ll be delighted.

This was our third holiday staying at Riva Luxury suites. We held very special and happy memories of our previous visits. One always wonders if the next visit will live up to those memories and expectations. I am happy to say that they were not only met but exceeded. We were warmly greeted by Roko who had organised and arranged everything perfectly for us. The suite was immaculate and just as we remembered it. So bright with all three windows having wonderful sea views. The room had a large comfortable bed and everything one could wish for. Wi fi was excellent as was the air conditioning. The location could not be better with unobstructed interesting sea views of all the shipping and boats. Less than a two minute walk takes you into the fascinating centre of the old historic town. Vouchers are given to exchange for a splendid breakfast at a choice of two restaurants. I have kept the two best things until the end. The first is the stunning fully furnished sun terrace. This is accessed by a stairway built into the suite. It has an awning that can be drawn for shade, cosy night lighting and an even more spectacular view. The other is Roko himself. One could not wish for a more welcoming, pleasant helpful and reliable gentleman. He speaks excellent English and never did we once feel that anything was too much trouble. All this with a great sense of humour. Thank you Roko for not only looking after us but for making many more happy memories. Wishing you well and hoping the future brings all you hope for. ..... amazing location with waterfront view and beautiful sliding doors and view of water, perfect for peoplexwatching. very spacious apartment perfect location and walking distance to everything very nice host who walked us to our home and you get voucher for a free breakfast, would go back again!!

What a beautiful spot in Split. We stayed at the Riva Luxury Suites in the Luxury Apartment. It's up a couple of flights of stairs but don't worry because our host, Roko, (whom we thank from the bottom of our hearts) carried both our suitcases upstairs for us, gave us tips on where to go etc. He also brought me some English Breakfast tea bags as they didn't have any of that kind in the apartment. He then met us the morning we were leaving to say goodbye and carry our suitcases back down again. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. All quite new appliances, including a washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron, which are a godsend when you've been travelling for weeks without them!! We found the apartment to be very clean, it had a comfortable bed and pillows and if it gets chilly at all, there are several blankets and extra pillows in the wardrobe. A nice touch was also having bathrobes and slippers to use! The view was superb. You look out onto that water, with all the boats coming and going and plenty of restaurants, cafes and ice cream places right below you, such a buzz of life and activity all around you. Of course, you are also in the walls of the ancient Diocletian’s Palace, with all those beautiful little streets and squares and once again so many places to eat and drink and shop. Riva Luxury Suites are the perfect spot to stay, and your host Roko is wonderful. My one tip what to do.... Go on the Catamaran "Summer Blues" docked there right in front of our room. It was the best day out on the water. Or family were with us, and everyone agreed, it was one of the best highlights of our European trip!!
