The surrounding environment is average (see pictures), the location is very convenient, and the kitchenette in the room is fully equipped.
I stayed for three nights in a row, but the room was not cleaned once, the garbage was not cleared, and new towels were not provided.
On the third day, I found a lot of ants under the sofa... It's better to stay in a real hotel for this price...

Had two rooms with my family of 4 for a week in Split. Great location and comfortable, spacious rooms . The host Tomo was welcoming and greeted us in person at arrival and gave us food recommendations. Appreciated the free water bottles on arrival as well.

The apartment was clean, bright, comfortable and provided the essential such as hand-wash soap, body wash, clean towels, the small kitchen area provided the necessary utensils to prepare meals but we didn’t bother as there few nice restaurants not far away from the apartment. Tomo was the host and he really took great care of us. He even allowed us to check in early and provided us with plenty of information regarding things to do, where to eat etc . You have to ask him for the web page links. I found it very useful and his recommendations of the restaurants were spot on. During our stay, he texted me asking us if we wanted the rooms clean or need extra towels even try to help us with tours.! Fabulous location, everything is nearby eg: Bakery, Supermarket, tourist attractions and restaurants.

Very close to old town split. Upon checking in we were given a map with local hot spots and restaurant recommendations that proved to be very helpful. Checkout was easy and we plan on suggesting Split Oasis to any of our friends that plan on visiting Split

Great accomodation. Apartment had plenty of space and was comfortable. Small kitchette which had everything we needed to cook a meal one of the nights. Great location and walking distance to everything you want to see and do in Split old town.

Great location less than 10-minute walk to the Palace, Green Market, and bus station, five minutes to Tommy market.
Mate and Andrea were easy to communicate with and very cordial. Mate met us the apartment and showed us the area with a map of helpful shops and resources.
