This worked perfectly for location to explore Split. Standard room above Yoga Garden was a short distance from reception. We were early so left cases and went for lunch. Returned and were shown everything we needed to know. Room spacious, comfortable bed, great coffee machine. Garden a bit tired but it’s late in season. Breakfast was a few minutes away and very good. Beautiful to eat in the Square with a view. Wish they did takeout breakfast if you have an early ferry though. Easy checkout and taxi booking.

Delightful! Clean and cool and convenient. We were so thrilled to find the breakfast spot was actually in the loveliest restaurant in the main square “Republic Square (Prokurative)” and loved eating salmon and croissant with salsa overlooking the sea through a Venetian style square. Everything is close. Parking fills up quick but was manageable for sure. Hosts were helpful, peaceful and kind. It’s no wonder this place keeps winning prizes. Yes big yes.

Really lovely place to stay in Split Welcoming and friendly staff on reception - all apartments are within 5 minutes walk from reception Apartment was clean and spacious - cleaned daily Nice breakfast - 10 minutes walk away in a local restaurant

Yup are going to be disappointed for the money folks trust me please , the room was clean the whole set up was a real let down no courtesy room for late flights like you would have in a hotel, walking down to cafe/restaurant for breakfast to be served with extremely limited choices, nope no for us thanks

We stayed in the 3 bedroom Villa and it was amazing. The architecture and decor was stunning. It was very spacious and amply supplied with everything you could ever need. It was exceptionally clean, quiet, conveniently located to the waterfront and the rest of Split to explore. The check in process was very helpful. The breakfast was at a nearby restaurant that had delicious food. The jacuzzi was a big bonus. I highly recommend staying here to couples and families alike. The property is better than pictured and exceeded our expectations. We will be back.

Initially this was our 2nd choice hotel which we booked after the Pylon Rooms were fully booked but would definitely recommend this as a better location, slightly out of the crazy tourist centre, in a peaceful area but only a minute or two to all the restaurants and shops. The rooms are spread out in different buildings which gives it a unique feel and makes it more private. Room was modern, spacious and comfortable and equipped with everything you need from a kettle, coffee machine and fridge, lovely king sized bed, plenty of storage space and spacious bathroom. There was a shared garden which was so quiet you'd have no idea you were near a busy city. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was in a nearby restaurant in a beautiful piazza with views of the sea, no better way to start the morning and the food was delicious.

We stayed 3 nights in this very unique 'hotel'. There are rooms in different buildings, and these buildings might look old from the outside, but from the inside, oh man.. there was beautiful little garden/patio and our room was very beautiful and spacious. The staff were very friendly and professional. Location is good. Breakfast was served in local restaurant a couple of min walk away (not that versatile breakfast).

We stayed 3 nights and loved it! we had our own apartment with a kitchen, small living room upstairs and the bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The staff was super friendly and helpful with all our questions. Breakfast is taken at one of the nearby restaurants, super tasty. The location is unbeatable. Highly recommended!!
