Loved every moment of being at this property after a busy week of touring the country. No restos at the property but a lot of choice in the area.

This property should not be rated 5 stars. The air conditioner wouldn’t stay on for more than an hour, and there was no bottled water available except from a vending machine. When we asked for a late checkout, the staff was incredibly rude and knocked on our door at 11:01, forcing us out of the room. I asked for 15 minutes to shower and change after walking 20 minutes uphill to get breakfast, which was the most inconvenient request I could have made. The main receptionist knocked on my door ten times within ten minutes, informing me to check out. My in-laws stayed in the two-bedroom suite, and the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful.

Disappointed
Overall quite disappointed. The area the hotel is in is not convenient and is rather dirty; not pleasant to walk in. Our room had an unpleasant odor which staff tired to remedy with only partial success. No breakfast included although available to purchase from a nearby restaurant. Not a five star experience. We checked out a day early and were told we would get a refund for the final night.
