The equipment is old and broken, the service attitude is similar to that of the police law enforcement, the sanitary conditions are poor, the condoms used in the room, and the residual sheets and pillows are very sweaty. Smoke people to death.

We stayed for six nights and, unfortunately, encountered several issues that affected our overall experience. Firstly, the villa's swimming pool, indoor hot tub, and sauna were not in use even in May, which was disappointing as we were looking forward to using these facilities during our stay. Secondly, the bathroom had a constant humid atmosphere, even though the fan was on all the time. This prevented our towels from drying properly. Additionally, we found a silverfish in the bathroom. We reported this to the reception, and pest control addressed the issue the next day. While no more silverfish were seen afterwards, typically, the presence of one silverfish indicates the possibility of more in the building. There is also the concern that silverfish could be brought home in our luggage, which is a troubling thought. We are currently unpacking our bags with extra caution to avoid bringing silverfish into our home. During our stay, our room was not cleaned on two of the days. On one occasion, the cleaning staff did visit but left our apartment door unlocked, which was quite an unpleasant surprise when we returned from the city. Lastly, we chose this Villa due to its proximity to the highly recommended Znjan Beach. However, when we walked to the beach on our first day, we were greeted by cranes and a construction site, which was a major disappointment. Overall, these issues significantly impacted our stay.

Villa M is a small but lovely hotel , just outside Split ( 6 euro Uber ride or 2 euros bus ride ) small but lovely pool , great breakfast. Staff so friendly and helpful, the hotel rooms and the whole is very clean , we have just returned from a wonderful week in Split ,we would highly recommended this hotel for the independent travellers 10 out of 10

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment with breakfast. The stay was great and the staff so helpful. Katarina went out of her way to help us with anything we wanted as well as helping us contacting our transfer transport when they didn’t arrive and wasn’t answering us.

Μείναμε για ένα βράδυ 3 ενήλικες και 1 παιδί . Απογοήτευση είναι η λέξη που ταιριάζει . Καμία σχέση τιμής και ωφέλους Φτωχό πρωινό , προβληματικό μπάνιο , μικρά δωμάτια , ελάχιστες θέσεις στάθμευσης κα . Απλά μην κάνετε κράτηση ακόμη και εάν δεν βρίσκετε αλλού .

Excellent accueil aussi bien des deux personnes qui se sont succédées à l’accueil que de la personne qui s’occupe du petit déjeuner ainsi que des femmes de ménage. Ils sont accueillants, souriants, à votre disposition et prêts à vous aider en tout instant. C’est un vrai plaisir. Les points positifs : - accueil -petits déjeuners : préparé sur place dans une pièce agréable ( un peu petite si tout le monde arrive en même temps). Il y avait du jus d’orange et de pomme, de l’eau fruitée, un lait végétal, une machine pour café, thé, chocolat, deux sortes de céréales, yaourts, préparation maison à base d’un produit laitier ou végétal, graines de chia, confiture et graines ( excellent), des œufs brouillés, saucisse, poêlée de légumes, tomates à la mozza, une salade grecque, charcuterie et fromage, pain, croissant et croissant fourré, emballage individuel ( confiture, nutella, beurre, pâté, fromage…), deux sortes de gâteaux ( pomme cannelle / chocolat). Un vrai bon petit déjeuner. - nombreux équipements : piscine avec transats , douche extérieure ( ne fonctionnait pas), sauna, hammam ( ne fonctionnait pas), jacuzzi, table de ping-pong, console, tables extérieures - appartement spacieux et bien décoré - ascenseur - ménage quotidien avec lits, changement de serviettes, produits rituals - possibilité de boire un verre autour de la terrasse Les points négatifs : - piscine pas assez filtrée et donc très, très trouble - plusieurs éléments défectueux ( hammam, douche extérieure, manettes de console non rechargées et pas de fil) - certains éléments vétustes dans la chambre ( chaises de la terrasse abîmées et inconfortables), robinet de la cuisine non fixé, tour de la fenêtre de la salle de bain très abîmé….) - les précédents avaient mis du shampoing ou produit ménager floral dans les glaçons. Notre premier verre de champagne a été gâché et c’était très désagréable. - environnement moyen

Hôtel un peu éloigné du centre ville sauf si vous avez une voiture sinon je vous le déconseille… L’accueil de la réceptionniste est parfait, la literie hyper confortable et la chambre très propre. Le pdj est absolument délicieux et extrêmement varié c’est clairement le plus de cet hôtel!

L'hotel è molto piccolo ,si trova in una zona alta fuori dal centro,abbastanza vicino ad una spiaggia di norma superaffollata. Vicino anche supermercati piccoli e grandi. La colazione è sufficiente ed internazionale,il personale gentile e pronto a soddisfare eventuali esigenze. La piscina all'esterno è molto piccola. Le camere pulite e nuove.Possibilità di parcheggio.Per gli spostamenti è necessario avere un auto o chiamare un taxi. Un pò caro per quello che offre,anche se Spalato e la Croazia in generale si sono adeguati ai prezzi standard europei.
