I had agreed with the hotel in advance that I would arrive at 9:00, but in the end there was no one there, although they promised that a cleaning lady would meet me, take my luggage and then, when she cleaned, I would be able to check in. I stood near the door for an hour, otherwise there is no way to enter the hotel without a key. The guests themselves let me in. There I waited for a hotel employee. They didn’t even answer my WhatsApp. This is terrible irresponsibility and a spitting attitude towards guests.
The shower is leaking, I am attaching a photo, it is not very pleasant to wipe the dirty floor with a clean one. Very good audibility, I heard what they were talking about in the corridor.
Pros: good location, excellent view from the window of the city and the sea.
The apartment is definitely not worth the money.

But the problem is that the contact information of the hotel on Ctrip is wrong (it is the phone number of another company under Luxury, not this hotel), and the hotel does not have a front desk.
