We had a booking at this hotel in May 2024. In October 2023 (7 months prior to the summer booking) we were notified that our flight had been cancelled. At the time, there were not many other flights available, and this made it impossible for us to get to Croatia for the date we had booked. We had paid in full well in advance of our booking. I contacted the hotel, who basically said that this ‘wasn’t their problem’, and that we would not be receiving any refund (not even a small percentage). This is despite our booking being in May, 7 months later, in peak summer season, when our room could have easily been rebooked. Don’t book this hotel, all the hosts care about is money, and not their guests.
