Accommodation comfortable, everything worked as it should. Restaurant with a very original menu and perfectly prepared. The cook receives a star from us. Waitresses very pleasant and efficient. Going to return next time.

We stayed at the hotel with 2 children aged 8. We had a great room with lots of space. Breakfast was buffet style and dinner was served as a buffet or as a plated meal depending on the number of guests. You could choose something in advance (you could possibly include a children's meal). The food was delicious. There is a small bar where you can sit in the evening. The hotel has a playroom for smaller children up to 6 years old. The absolute highlight is that you can use the wellness area to yourself. There is a lovely playground. You can pet goats and sheep. It was great that the price including the GO Pass was included. The staff are great, friendly and try to fulfill all wishes. We were very satisfied. The surroundings are great. We would love to come back.

Let's start with the unpleasant lady at the reception who makes the sweat smell bad. We booked a room with clear information that the spa was included in the price. Upon arrival, the unpleasant woman at the reception first asked why we were standing there!!! Then we wanted to politely explain the matter and even suggested that she extend the opening hours of the spa by 30 minutes, but she immediately laughed at us. Additionally, she didn't want to give the manager's number... a 4-star hotel, a disaster, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!

Ein super klasse Hotel wir waren über unser Zimmer sehr überrrascht . 2016 waren wir schon einmal Gäste das erste Mal im Winter da hatten wir einen anderen Eindrung hinterlassen. Wenig Essen auf grossen Tellern aber das ist jetzt ganz anders Menü zum auswählen und extra Wünsche werden auch erfüllt .SUPER!!!!!!!! Ganz viel Obst zum Abendessen und zum Frühstückdas Personal super nett und freundlich auch an der Repzeption super nette Freundlichkeit egal wer da war .Wir kommen bestimmt wiederSUPER,SUPER,SUPER.
