Classic 70s style hotel, perfectly maintained, above all very clean and renovated, very convenient 200 m from the historic pedestrian centre. Parking and excellent breakfast were greatly appreciated. The owners are very kind and delightful, extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

Excellent location 2 steps from the historic center of Spilimbergo, spacious and very clean room, there is air conditioning and fan. Super abundant breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money.

We stayed in this hotel a stone's throw from the historic center of Spilimbergo for a week, choosing it as a base for our visits to the villages of Friuli, with trips as far as Venice and Trieste. Very large, clean and comfortable quadruple room, with the addition of air conditioning, not a given in a 3 star hotel. Rich and plentiful breakfast and absolutely friendly and helpful staff for every request. Convenient parking. Enviable value for money. To be recommended.

The structure is dated but everything is in order, from the courtesy and availability of the managers, to the cleaning service. Alas, the bathrooms need to be redone because you can't see that water is coming out from under the shower tray and flooding the bathroom, no hot water comes out of the bidet and especially in winter you can't stay with the radiators off and use the heater splitter. air conditioner which among other things is poorly aimed and therefore half the room is cold. For the rest, abundant breakfast and if you ask for something more they don't have any issues.
