In 1983 Spetses was the first ever holiday and Holds great memories for me. I last visited the island in 1987 with my beautiful late wife. After such a long time I wanted to go full circle and visit Spetses just one last time and chose Klimis hotel for me first accommodation for seven days. I chose a sea view room on the first floor with its own small balcony and I was not disappointed. Klimis is a fantastic family run hotel in a fantastic position close to all the restaurants, bars, harbour etc. The view out to sea to the Peloponese mainland was amazing. The room was very modern , well furnished and decorated .The double bed was very comfortable and had sufficient amenities and the room was cleaned well. There was always hot water available and more than adequate air conditioning via a remote control. The breakfast was lovely too

After spending 10 nights on Hydra, we moved to Spetses (only 1/2 hour away) to our 'usual' accommodation at Klimis Hotel and thanks to all (Thanasis, Marianna, Klimis and Stefania) and associated staff, we again had a terrific stay. The hotel is not far from the port, quite a few restaurants & cafes and the breakfasts are great. Newly refurbished since our last stay in 2019, with the rooms still spotlessly clean we had no reason at all for any complaints. The balcony has a table & chairs to enjoy the view from - or a predinnery as happened a couple of times. Highly recommended accommodation.

High quality family run business right by the sea with beautifully finished and decorated rooms ,reception speaks English and very friendly indeed. When we arrived I had a tooth problem that needed urgent attention and they arranged for a local dentist to see me on Friday evening at 8:00 p.m. can you believe. The common area of the hotel is beautifully air conditioned and there are plenty of outside areas as well where you can sit in the Sun have a coffee or a drink. Service service all with a smile at this place.... if you want to stay somewhere that just oozes class yet is quite casual also this is perfect absolutely perfect 10 out of 10

Stayed here for two nights. Stunning location a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal. Beautiful terrace and portico areas. Lovely food and drinks. Beautiful room and the view was stunning. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our short stay. A big thanks also to Klimis for looking after us. A special experience.

Booked 9 rooms for my daughters wedding. The hotel offers a lovely breakfast downstairs I’m the cafe which is connected to the hotel. Klimis and Stefania were amazing. Nothing was a problem. They organised taxis and horse and carts to take us anywhere on the island. I would definitely recommend and stay there again on our next trip. Thank you for everything Klimis !!!

We stayed in this hotel 5 nights, the staff was so friendly. The sea view from our balcony was just amazing, like in pictures 😍 Bathroom and breakfast were good. Location 2min walk from harbour and close are all the restaurants / bars. We will come back, highly recommended.

Stopped in for a drink around 5 pm to the cafe of the hotel. Only drink and dessert options available at that time. The white chocolate with raspberry and blueberries did not taste like any fruit, but was rather a sweet chocolate. The hot chocolate special tasted to be made with water instead of milk. It was still good however. The homemade lemonade was very very good.

3 couples stayed here for 6 nights. Nice rooms and good service. Center of town with a splendid view. Nice cafe with a great breakfast. Sure will be back! (a little noisy late saturday night because of a party close by, but not a big issue)
