The real positives of this Hotel were the amenities in the room, cleanliness and the breakfast. However the soundproofing of the rooms as much to be desired, you can hear everything in the corridor and if you’re unlucky and have a roadside room you can hear all the motor vehicles passing by even if the windows are all closed. it’s all down to value for money, the more you pay the more you expect!

My husband and I stayed here June 2023 for a couple of nights and hope at some point we will be able to be guests agin. Kind owner (great English) and one of THE cleanest places we have ever stayed at. Great location. Reasonable price!. Relaxing rooftop area to enjoy. We loved this place and hope to at some point to be able to return!

Πολύ ωραία και καλή μικρή οικογενειακή ξενοδοχειακή μονάδα, άνετα και δίκαια το λες boutique hotel. Αστραφτερή και μυρωδάτη καθαριότητα, όλα προσεγμένα και λειτουργικά. Πολύ ωραία αίθουσα και αυλή για το πρωινό, από το οποίο δεν έλειπε τίποτα, σούπερ χορταστικό, ποιοτικό και με μεγάλη ποικιλία. Ταράτσα με υπέροχη θέα και καναπέδες για άραγμα με ποτό το βράδυ. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στην γειτονιά Κουνουπίτσα με αρκετά από τα δωμάτια να βλέπουν θάλασσα από τα πλαϊνά μπαλκόνια τους. Best value for money.- Θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε.

Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο της χώρας των Σπετσών! Τα δωμάτια είναι φανταστικά και παρέχουν τα πάντα! Ανακαινισμένο με εξαιρετική ποιότητα και γούστο και υπέροχο roof garden! Η κα Τζένη είναι μια φοβερή οικοδέσποινα με πολύ μεράκι! Μπράβο σε όλα! Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!
