The residence is located near a very green and quiet residential area about a kilometer from the town center. There are no shops nearby. Our apartment was a two-room apartment with a sofa bed in the kitchen. Suitable for a stay of two people (there were in fact two cups even though we were three). Equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, large terrace overlooking the old town of Sperlonga. I recommend reviewing the cleanliness of the bathroom fan.

Tutto spettacolare . Erano anni che volevo vedere Sperlonga e soggiornare presso questo residence. Siamo rimasti contentissimi. Gli appartamenti hanno tutto quello che si ha anche a casa dalla tenda da sole ,condizionatore, persiane mobili alla lavastoviglie. La signora Barbara e' anche venuta a recuperarci con la macchina perche' non trovavamo la via. Inoltre avere due lettini ed ombrellone a disposizione nella spiaggia privata e' impagabile .Speriamo di tornarci al piu' presto.

Quest'anno per la vacanza abbiamo optato per la soluzione appartamento nella bella Sperlonga presso l'Hotel residence Le Spiagge. Già con la telefonata esaustiva per la prenotazione con la gentilissima Sig. Barbara ho percepito la bontà della location in cui avrei alloggiato. Il giorno dell'arrivo siamo stati accolti dall'affabile Sig. Edo, che facendoci salire sulla sua macchina, ci ha fatto da Cicerone portandoci allo stabilimento balneare in convenzione e nei punti commerciali dove fare la spesa. Il Residence si trova in posizione tranquillissima si arriva la mare sia a piedi ma, ci sono anche le bici per i più pigri. l'appartamento spazioso sia per la camera da letto che per il bagno con box doccia e lavatrice, cucina dotata di ogni comfort, grande frigo, forno e forno a microonde, lavastoviglie doppia tv a parete in camera da letto e zona pranzo ampia terrazza con tenda parasole e stendino per la biancheria. Valore aggiunto grande garage sotterraneo dove mettere la macchina difficile trovare nelle zone di mare. Insomma avere tutto come essere a casa e trascorrere vacanze rilassanti.

Un residence davvero bello, comodo, funzionale, pulizie ineccepibili, posto auto coperto, supermercato vicino , cortesia della sig. ra Barbara e di tutto il personale, buona la posizione sia per il mare che per raggiungere il borgo di Sperlonga , cosa chiedere di più? Ma la terrazza è il valore aggiunto… E Sperlonga una meraviglia! Belli anche i dintorni con tanta storia da vedere, ci torneremo per vedere le isole che il mare mosso non ci ha permesso di fare

Per un po di relax nella magnifica Sperlonga abbiamo trovato in questa struttura ottima accoglienza, pulizia e confort. Non distante dal mare e dal centro del borgo in questo Hotel residence ci si rilassa in assoluta tranquillità. Consigliatissimo.

Ho alloggiato in questo residence nel periodo di novembre 2022, accoglienza ottima, spazi eccellenti. L'appartamento era veramente molto comodo e spazioso, fornito di tutto lavatrice e lavastoviglie comprese, ampio parcheggio esterno e addirittura coperto. Il residence è situato poca distanza dal mare e dal centro di Sperlong, veramente struttura consigliata.
