Small hotel in a great location a few steps from the main drag and a short walk from the private-access beach. For 130 euro per night we got a spacious air-conditioned room with two balconies and a lovely bathroom, all this with a reasonable breakfast included. The hotel is kept in spotless condition and is quite comfortable. It has an elevator, but we chose the stairs, partly to look at the potted plants on the stair landings. The entire hotel has a comfortable air of home, and the staff is pleasant and eager to please without being cloying.

Together with 3 friends on motorbikes we stayed one night (in 2 double rooms on the third floor) in this Hotel in Sperlonga very close to the little square below and the seafront... A good rating is in my opinion too limited because it would deserve a "very good".,, Very clean, very rich breakfast (especially for the sweet part), basic rooms but with all the amenities, comfortable beds and adequate bathroom (recently renovated). Mr. Marco at the reception was very kind and courteous as was the lady who takes care of breakfasts. Parking spaces for cars and motorbikes and a garage are also available included in the price of the stay. I repeat, excellent and central location. Very very good value for money. I will return also because Sperlonga, which I already knew, is always delightful.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo passato a Sperlonga 4 giorni stupendi, avvolti dal clima ideale e immersi nella bellezza (sia della natura che del borgo) e nella serenità. Segnalo i seguenti punti di forza della struttura: 1. Comodità eccezionale del letto (attenzione, però, alle dimensioni, visto che la sua lunghezza è risultata a malapena sufficiente per me, che sono alto 1,85 m) 2. Parcheggio privato gratuito (piuttosto angusto, ma decisamente apprezzabile in un contesto in cui tutti i posti auto pubblici sono a pagamento) 3. Convenzione con vari ristoranti limitrofi 4. Gentilezza dello staff Per il resto non sono certamente mancati la pulizia e i livelli essenziali di confort. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

La posizione è ottima. La stanza piccola e terrazzzino minuscolo . Pita sicuramente è dotata di tv e doccia comoda.Per chi sta tutto il giorno in giro va bene. La colazione basica e con tanti dolci ma offerta in una sala umida e poco arieggiata. A fine settembre 140 euro la matrimoniale ritengo troppo.

Io,mia moglie e mia figlia di quasi due anni abbiamo soggiornato qui una notte per il mio compleanno e ci siamo trovati benissimo per la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto il personale. Ottima colazione,stanza non grandissima ma molto comoda e pulita,parcheggio incluso e servizi mare compresi. Il tutto a due passi dal mare e sulla via principale di Sperlonga. Ringrazio per la disponibilità di avermi fatto lasciare la macchina parcheggiata anche prima dell'orario previsto cosicché siamo riusciti a usufruire di una giornata completa di mare appena siamo arrivati. Da consigliare pertanto sicuramente torneremo.
