Residenza bellissima tutta a sasso a vista , con tutti i confort ,situata vicino al Belvedere spettacolare con i tramonti mozzafiato, camere stupende caratteristiche, servitissimo in un attimo in centro Spello ,Moira la proprietaria simpaticissima super disponibile.

Monia è gentilissima, attenta, sempre disponibile per ogni cosa. Bilocale pulito. aria condizionata, tv, angolo cottura. Spazioso, arredato con gusto. Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal belvedere. Insomma, tutto molto bello.

Appartamento spazioso con cucina attrezzata e qualche ingrediente essenziale per la preparazione di tè e caffè. Peccato per le scale eccessive ma credo che sia una presenza costante negli edifici di questo magnifico paese. La ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata eccezionale, ci ha dato un sacco di informazioni sulle cosa da fare e dove mangiare o fare acquisti. Anche gli altri abitanti del posto sono gentili e legati alle tradizioni locali come le infiorate che si celebreranno nel corso del mese. Prezzo competitivo. Parcheggi gratuiti solo fuori dal paese ed a volte al completo. Trasporto bagagli può essere un inconveniente faticoso. Attenzione alle macchine che sfrecciano lungo le strette vie.

Prima volta a Spello, ed è andato tutto alla perfezione! la sistemazione non poteva essere delle migliori, in centro, confortevole, bella e curata nei particolari. pulizia e tutto a disposizione. la disponibilità degli ospiti ineccepibile! consigliatissimo!!

Dopo aver trascorso il capodanno 2017, facciamo ritorno a Spello. 5 anni fa, eravamo in uno degli appartamenti di Monia vicino al Belvedere, questa volta decidiamo di cambiare e soggiornare nella parte bassa: risultato sempre lo stesso! Massima cortesia, ambienti molto curati e pulizia impeccabile! Appartamento su due piani, con cameretta per bambini rifornita di giochi e un peluche enorme! Grazie Monia, torneremo ancora a trovarvi!
