"Our initial impression of the facility was negative due to the older lady at the front desk. She was not very welcoming when greeting us nor apologetic regarding the time it took to check us in which was over 20 minutes. When we finally got to the room the AC was not working which required me to go back down to the check-in desk. Fortunately, another front desk clerk who was actually preparing to leave for the day assisted us by attempting to fix the AC and then eventually provided us with a different room assignment - she was wonderful - I wish I had gotten her name. Both rooms were exceptionally clean which pleased me to no end. The entire facility was very nice and impeccably clean. Everyone on the staff (from housekeeping to the numerous front desk staff we engaged with over the course of our stay) was very nice and accommodating with the exception of our initial check-in clerk. I would highly recommend this location but recommend they better train some of their staff."

"I originally planned to stay at the Days Inn, but was unable to book a room that afternoon. The Quality Inn, located just across the road, caught my attention with the attractive photos shown on the OTA app. Moreover, the price for a one-night stay seemed like a good bargain. In line with its price point, the property turned out to be somewhat dated. The bathroom fixtures showed signs of wear, with visible patina on some of the surfaces. As with many other motels, there were people lingering outside the hotel late into the night, which made the surroundings feel less comfortable. Breakfast was offered in a buffet style, but the selection of food and beverages was rather limited. In conclusion, this is an average hotel that only just met the basic expectations."

"They deserve 10 stars. We had to relocate here after a house fire so it’s been a few months. This is a new property, VERY CLEAN, not much noise, the staff is always friendly and helpful, they make sure the place is safe and secure (no loitering). We love it. Highly recommend"

"Checked in many times, every time I was quite satisfied. Although some are tired of the breakfast that is basically the same every day, it is already good to have breakfast in the United States. The front desk of the hotel is very good. If you have any questions, you will be very helpful. The hotel facilities are also quite attentive. Each room is equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. There is a laundry room on the 2nd and 6th floors, which is very convenient."
