This hotel could be a perfect getaway for couples if they were more focused on the spa part. The hot springs next to each building are really nice and hot. The lighting however could be more inviting instead of cold white. Also the wooden walkways could use a prep up.
The Spa itself looks really inviting, but during our stay, there was only one masseur available. So no partner massage possible, even though it was 2 bed massage rooms. Also the massage was quite pricey with just about 700¥ per hour.
The breakfast was OK. Nothing to really look forward to as European, but edible and coffee was available. Additionally, there is a fresh fruit plate for the room each day. The staff (not speaking any english) tried it's best.
Lastly, the hotel is quite remote. There is really nothing much to do in the near surrounding. So have a car ready or settle for a taxi ride for 30 minutes to Haikou city...

In the rear of the hotel, you can reach the beach just easily cross our community, immersed into sunny beach or enjoy a dreaming sunset, it’s ideal for relaxing, also the free shuttle bus from the duty free shop is available.

Chloeliu can respond promptly to various small needs when checking out, such as to help call a car and assist with small stuffs purchasing. generally, it meets the standard of five-star luxury hotels with beautiful and tranquil scenery. In comparison with those well-known luxury hotels in Sanya, it is more suitable for families who want to enjoy a relax and spending a quality time.

GGuest UserThis is a very tasteful hotel. The rooms are spacious and bright, the hygiene is first-class, the public environment is very good, and there is a laundry room with very good dryers to dry guests' clothes quickly. Both the lobby staff and the room attendants are excellent.

LLiuxingyouyingThe hotel is very big, but the room is hard to find. I would like to thank the front desk manager Xian for upgrading the room. The space is large and the view is wide. The hotel is two or three minutes away from the beach. I took a walk to the beach in the afternoon and returned to the hotel's swimming pool to swim in the evening. Relax, and the fatigue of the whole day disappeared. This hotel has become one of my alternative hotels for business trips [Sun][Sun][Sun]

Hygiene: One of the sheets was a little dirty, but it wasn't a big problem. The cleaning lady would do it every day.
Environment: Very comfortable, the bed is also very good, the air conditioning is very good
Service: There is water in the room and 2 cups of tea are provided.
Cold drinks: But most people probably won’t consume them. You can consider changing to something else.

AAnonymous UserThe conveniences are pretty good. It was almost 11:00 when we arrived. I used points to choose an upgraded room type. Sure enough, I brought a child with me. Maybe the original room was small. I didn’t give the front desk a chance. I just told her that I had chosen to upgrade, and it went well. Lived in a big bed room, clean and hygienic, praise.

There is a mangrove park next to the hotel, with a group of beautiful flamingos and a long wooden plank road where you can walk and exercise. The air is fresh and good for your health. When I checked in, the front desk took the initiative to upgrade the room to a garden view room. You can see the park from the balcony and have a wide view. Thank you very much!
