Great hotel in a very central location. Free mini bar, stocked with decent drinks. Room was clean, quiet and large. Checkin/out was smooth. The only negative was that the pool situation was hectic and messy. I would absolutely stay there again.

Just stayed in this hotel, I haven't checked out, I can't help but talk about it.
1. The so-called Morandi color swimming pool, which is too stingy, similar to domestic hotels in the 1990s. Little Red Book claims to be ”I haven't been here before, I haven't been to Brisbane.” You can say this kind of crap, how much money you have collected, haha
2. Room facilities are ok, with electric curtains. It's just the same photo fraud. If you know how much I look forward to living here, it's the same as an ordinary hotel with more than 800 yuan. Why should I pay double the price? Who makes money is easy!
3. The ceiling and balcony are all cement floor paint. You can say that it is industrial style, but it is indeed low cost and not worth his price.
4. The parking space is $ 25 a night? It only cost $ 1.8 an hour to park by the side of the hotel, and it was free after 10pm to 7am.
5. The only good location is the location, there are many shops you want to visit, davidjones is just opposite, it is very convenient.
After vomiting, I hope you do n’t spend money on thunder, just watched Ctrip, many good hotels are only 800.1000, you can watch the beautiful night view of Brisbane, you do n’t have to stick to the net red hotel.

HHaThe hotel is quite new. Supposed to book a female dorm but mistakenly selected a mixed dorm. However, the experience is not bad. Facilities are new. I like the locker which is large enough for a 23kg-size luggage and accessible by the room key. Love the kitchen and rooftop areas. Hand wash and bath gel are provided in the bathroom. Location is near to Fortitude Valley station. 24/7 front desk makes it more convenient for late flight passengers like me. However, it's quite warm inside the pod.

GGuest UserThis property is conveniently located just outside the main Fortitude Valley entertainment area. It is a nice five to ten minute walk to many restaurants, shopping, and more in the Valley, James Street, New Farm, and Howard Smith Wharves due to its central location. The staff are friendly and attentive as needed. The apartment we received, however, was not ideal. The Air Con / Heating was only in the main area, so you sweat or froze as you slept in your bedroom which was frustrating. The apartment was not cleaned properly, with candy wrappers on the floor in the family room, razor caps in the washroom on the floor with dental floss in the shower. Dust and dirt, scuff marks were also seen throughout. We had to wipe down everything with anti bacterial wipes in order for things to be clean enough for use. The apartment was also poorly insulated as we heard everything in the nearby apartments and on the street below. This was not good for sleeping. Lastly, there was no gym or any other facilities available. I would not stay again.
PPhillipWonderful rooms with a great set of luxury toiletries to complement. Staff are friendly without being pushy and know just what is needed and when.

CCHING KIU JOSHUA TANGWe had a pleasant stay at Kooii Apartments. The apartment is spacious and good for us, a family of four. The kitchen is well equipped. Overall, we were satisfied with amenities and facilities provided by Kooii. If we didn’t find a cockroach in the living room, we would definitely rate Kooii Apartments higher in cleanliness.
We really want to thank Scott, the Building Manager, for helping us when we had trouble. We had left our car key in the apartment after we checked out and dropped the room keys and swipe cards into the express box at 7:30 a.m. Unfortunately, we had to return the car and catch our flight. We called Scott for help. He was really helpful, patient and friendly.
GGuest UserI had a perfectly pleasant stay until thhe day before I checked out when someone from reception entered the room (while I was in there) under the impression that I was supposed to have checked out. It was probably a simple mistake, which while invasive is also understandable. No apology, but they are mostly meaningless anyway and it probably wasn't the fault of the person who entered the room. Hadbit ended there I wouldn't have mentioned it, but the same thing happened again when despite the 'do not disturb' sign on the door housekeeping also entered the room also under the mistaken impression that I had checked out. I called reception after the second incident and was put on hold for 18 minutes before they eventually tried to put the blame on housekeeping (and repeatedly got my name wrong, which I wouldn't have cared about if it weren't for the being on hold and the weasily attempt to put what was clearly a reception error on the housekeeping staff). The whole incident left a lingering bad impression, which is unfortunate after an otherwise very pleasant and uneventful stay.
ZZhuangtaiThere were 4 stoves and an oven, and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, so it was quite well-equipped.
There was also a washing machine with a dryer and detergent, which was very helpful. (The dryer doesn't dry everything completely.)
The location was also great, so I would recommend it.
GGuest UserHotel location and room were great! We did have to pay $40 per night for parking and then were told we had to move the car to a different park before 8am the morning of checkout as they share the car parks with corporate offices. When moving the car there were no parks available where we were told to park. A little bit frustrating when paying $40 per night for a park. Otherwise it was a great stay!
TThe Travelling TeddiesThe staff went above and beyond to help us when we arrived in Brisbane at 4am yesterday. Only flaws are the lack of aircon on the other side of the dorm, and requiring a passport number, but all was ok in the end. We met a fellow teddy mummy and Cuddly and I made a new friend!
DDAN63Great location short walk to the vibrant valley - Manor house is in a peaceful area - need to be early to secure parking on property or lucky to secure free street parking on weekends. Only comfort issue was the air conditioner was too noisy for sleeping .
