This place is one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed in. The view and location were magical, the staff was so kind and lovely, the food was amazing and the wifi connection had a good speed. Overall, this place is an amazing place to stay if you want to visit the beautiful places in Tuscany and also relax and enjoy some peace.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights. We can't say enough great things about this Borgo. We have memories for a lifetime! Our kids are 4 and 7 years old. We were in the guards apartment. We put the kids to bed at night and watched the spectacular sunset over the pool through the window in the master bedroom. Having the kitchenette suited our needs with the kids perfectly. We did the wine tasting at the restaurant that the hotel helped us arrange last minute and it was such a great experience. The Borgo was a perfect home base to explore all that Tuscany had to offer, from the old towns to the nearby waterfalls and hot springs. Of note, the apartment that we were in had open windows without safety devices to keep a climbing kid from falling out, so we were a bit nervous at first, but the kids loved the apartment and the Borgo as much as we did and settled in well. I would not call the apartment we were in "fancy". Instead, it was comfortable, functional, and simply perfect for our family. I wish we could come back here every year and stay for longer!!

Had two perfect nights in this charming place. Everything was on a top: location, room, food. Many thanks to two Ukrainian ladies, who gave one of the best sirvices I've ever had through all my Italian trips, huge plus to a delicious cuisine. Homemade Olive Oil and gorgeous cheesecake were unforgettable. Coming back to Poland with the best memories. My recommendations!

There are beautiful places and there are beautiful places that have a soul like borgo il Poggiaggio ! Before listing the beauties of the place I want to make a special mention to the staff and the manager who really make a difference here: One day they have celebrated, involving all the guests, the birthday of the sweet Evelyn, the restaurant employee who , with her smile accompanies you from breakfast to dinner making you feel at home. This type of things are part of the perfect Italian Hospitality and are priceless! Now to list all the beautiful things of this place which make it the perfect spot for families: - beautiful cozy apartments - home feeling like if you were vacationing with friends - pool, sports courts and lovely ourdoor spaces for families - tuscan sunset and delicious food at their restaurant Are you still thinking about it? 🌳🤩🌳

We booked the entire village for 2 nights for our wedding and the service was impeccable! The place is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the guests had a great time. Delicious welcome dinner and perfect wedding dinner! Furthermore, the staff has always been helpful and kind, even during the inspection. 100% recommended!

I reserved for 22 adults and 4 children for my husband's birthday. All the guests had a great time, the apartments are spacious, clean and we had a great dinner in the restaurant. Excellent and rich breakfast. There were some problems with the water pressure inside the rooms and they tried to fix it as soon as possible. The only flaw is that there is no possibility of recharging electric cars.

Splendid medieval village, our apartment, La Romantica, was located in a very private and characteristic corner. Clean, the village has maintained its original appearance, despite the renovations. Excellent breakfast at the restaurant, their system of serving you without waste is fantastic. The cuisine is excellent, but the added value are the girls who work there. Professional, friendly and well prepared. We highly recommend it.

Very beautiful external location which in turn also bodes well for the interior of the apartments. Unfortunately, however, the interior leaves a lot to be desired, where there is very old furniture, very worn with worn sofa covers, broken sofa seats, very old bathrooms but most importantly extremely dirty. We arrived at 4pm, imagining that the room might already be available, but instead they asked us to wait another 10 minutes; they give us the keys to enter and we immediately realize that they simply washed the floor and tidied up the rest, where these "cleanings" cost €90. There are countless cobwebs, uncommented glass, floors under the bed full of dust. It's a shame because from the outside it looks really promising, good pool service (from 3pm to 6pm the bar near the pool is closed, inexplicable!!!) Discreet restaurant, friendly staff. Good breakfast but not worth the €10 they ask you for.
