Я из тех людей кто не пишет отзывы. Но тут, я на столько зла.. В номере НЕТ ОТОПЛЕНИЯ! При условии что на улице на сегодняшний день -1 !!! На просьбу закрыть окно в номере которое не закрывается и от туда дует, скзали что на сегодня мастера не будет. Обогреватель не дали, сказали его нет! (Поставила на тумбу стул и подперла окно что бы его закрыть!!! Это было решение проблемы). Сижу в номере в куртке, под двумя одеялами, лучше бы пару км доехала до Выборга и там остановилась... Номера и гостиница вся в ужасном состоянии. Стены все грязные в подтеках, окна без ручек и не закрываются, продувает. Мебель, постельное белье все настолько старое что складывается ощущение что тут очень грязно и не комфортно. У меня номер не самый дешевый, но это ХУДШАЯ ГОСТИНИЦА В МОЕЙ ЖИЗНИ. Некоторые хостелы и то более комфортабельнее! Больше не ногой сюда. И ВАМ НЕ СОВЕТУЮ. Не знаю что будет ночью, походу превращусь в ледышку.
