Hurricane Erin hit the day we were traveling there. American Airlines cancelled our flight Saturday and Sunday then preceded to tell us the next flight was Thursday. The hotel told ******* they would refund our money. It was our 30th anniversary. They lied nor did they offer solution or credit for another time. So disappointing. I won’t book here again nor use *******.

All the staff was extremely helpful. Jayaire, the bartender in the lobby area was amazing. He came up with a special drink for us and it was a hit with several guests that asked what we were drinking. Other bartenders were not interested in learning it so we went elsewhere when he left daily at 5. He was amazing and made our trip even better. Best bartender!!

They did not want to accommodate us with a refund after letting us know that the facilities and the Beach access was not available. Why would I wanna come there and stay we couldn’t even lay in there so it wasn’t our fault and they have no sympathy for Customer Service they just want to Take your money for weather conditions, but it wasn’t my fault. Neither so please treat customers with respect as we have spent over 15 hours on a plane with this misled, also you guys have no kind of customer consideration, very disappointed.

Hidden Treasure! View was unbelievable. Pools were out o this world. Beach could have been a little better but that is Mother Nature's fault. No complaints here.

During the initial stages of Hurricane Erin, the staff remained calm and showed such commitment to the safety and well-being of the guests. The entire staff in the Frenchmans Roast cafe deserve a round of applause. They are some of the hardest working people I have ever met. Bernardo is awesome and all the ladies working the cafe are outstanding. Before the storm, while the Edge pool was open, the bartenders Reece and Melanie (I believe her name was) were so personable. Everything was great. Highly recommend. Oh also, gluten free pizza is one of the best I have ever had!
