Good location, basic room. 30 mins free WiFi then £3 afterwards wasn't great. Front of house could do with a bit of customer service training (only the one who first saw us). Key card wouldn't work properly in the door leading to the corridor. Main light in the room not working.

Very clean and central to all amenities, no one on recepyuntil 3 pm so I had to carry my suitcase around with me for 2 hours , that’s my only complaint as I thought would be able to drop my case off. Would definitely stay again , it’s very near friends I was visiting for the 2 days .

Clean rooms , good location, only problem is the mobile phone signal is not very good unless you stay on the fifth floor.

Great hotel for a short trip. Staff are all excellent the young lad on reception can’t remember his name was very polite on check in. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a short trip. There is parking behind the hotel which is £9 for 24 hours. It’s basic and clean but we got a good price so can’t really grumble

When we arrived we were a bit confused to where the entrance was as there’s no signs but had a lovely stay the reception man when we arrived couldn’t do enough for us he was amazing the beds were so comfy and we had everything we needed

I'd have to think twice about staying at a travelodge. The quality and experience wasn't worth the price I payed for it. The staff were excellent and friendly but the overall atmosphere of the hotel was low budget its in a good location but the parking experience is a nightmare especially when it is busy but this is no fault of the hotel.

Very clean hotel , lovely friendly staff who were happy to help , the hotel is close to everything , the price was great and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in southport for a very reasonable price , we will definitely be staying here again! Thanks 😄⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great hotel for our short trip to Southport. The hotel location is fab l, eveything is close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was spotless. Stayed here a few times and it’s always been a pleasant stay. Parking is behind the hotel £9 for 24 hours

We certainly travelled a lot "within" the lodge! From floor to floor due to faulty baths and expired key cards
