What an amazing hotel, definitely should be 5* ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ from start to finish, no complaints at all. The staff can’t do enough for you, the decor is stunning, the food is beautiful had a Sunday Roast and Breakfast. Even with it being Bank Holiday Sunday the staff were very attentive. The hotel and rooms were spotless and the room we had was very spacious. We’ve recommended to all of our family and friends and already planning our next visit. Couldn’t rate this hotel highly enough, definitely a must visit, you’ll leave feeling so refreshed. Just bliss!

My husband and I booked a winter warmer overnight stay at this hotel (25 Feb) What a wonderful hotel from the excellent staff to the fabulous rooms ( we stayed in the Mulberry suite) - lovely ambience, amazing food and wine and just a wonderful overall experience We will be back

Booked this hotel for the festive season but as I was visibly my daughter thought I’d check it out as booking the same day got me a great deal. Only downside I had was the room was very warm although the air conditioning was available it was directly over the bed which meant it was difficult to have on during the night as it was too drafty. But overall excellent and breakfast was delicious and service outstanding

Staff all friendly & welcoming. Afternoon tea was lovely, delicious sandwiches cut without crust & delicate little cakes were amazing. £29 each worth every penny. Beautiful tea room & sea view, spotless. Lovely little box provided on request for leftovers to take home. My only issues were having the Afternoon tea stand on a table for 2 we could not see each other for the whole 90 minutes that we were there because it just completely blocked any view of the other person. Also staff went of several times to get items for us but were gone for around 10 minutes & we could see them just standing talking to one another so it was slightly annoying. 8/10 would recommend & return...

Had a wonderful stay, even though it was only 1 night. Would love to stay more and have spa treatments this time. Have been for treatments a few months ago which was excellent.

We invited 19 guests for cocktails and dinner. Everything was perfect. I actually had my 60th birthday here ten years ago and it was just as good! Food was excellent and Mary from Sicily was amazing, she orchestrated everything, even moving a table for us. Everyone had a great time! Thank you all!
