Southend-on-Sea Hotels with Gym

When we arrived on 8th January we were met by Chloe who apologised profusely that the lift was out of order even though this was hardly her fault. She insisted on carrying our suitcase up two flights of stairs. She was extremely professional, courteous and a real credit to her company

The warmest of welcomes on a freezing night, after attending a wedding in town. Clean, quiet, comfortable room, and was so pleased to have been given a room with a seaview! Very comfortable bed and pillows, as always with Premier Inn. Didn't eat breakfast this time due to plans for the day, but certainly would on another stay. All good and exactly what we wanted. It's a great location too, for anyone wanting the seafront attractions. Can recommend Eastern Esplanade Premier Inn.

Very nice hotel, happily had a room upgrade and stayed in a wonderful room! Parking can be challenging, but not expensive in that area. Sea view is amazing!

Slightly dated decore and the carpet could do with a clean but honestly we both had the best 2 day stay... really friendly staff food was delightful locals made us feel extremely welcome for sure when we visit again we will be staying here 😀 waking up to a sea view was fabulous 👌

We stayed for my birthday last month as a couple and had the perfect night away. It's a beautiful seafront property with views of Southend promenade and the pier. Fantastic location. The ladies that run the hotel were lovely. We were greeted to have everything explained to us, she had put the heating on in our room. The room was recently decorated and had lots of lovely touches such as hairdryer, ironing board, tea and coffee and toiletries. Breakfast was continental choices and freshly cooked choices to order. The breakfast room is beautifully done, airy open and views of the sea. I would highly recommend a stay here we had such a lovely night away.

This is the second time me and my husband have stayed here in the last two months . We paid for a standard room but were given an executive suite with a sea view !!! I was so happy this hotel is immaculate throughout. The rooms are amazingly clean and comfortable.Bathrooms are spotless and really modern but most importantly the staff are so friendly and welcoming.Theres literally not one thing I can say I didn’t like about this place except I didn’t want to leave !! Will be returning again and again Thank you for an amazing stay !!🤗
