Overall is good. Just the toilet amenities can be more attentive with topping/refilling. Especially the shower gel, I bath halfway no more and have to call for help. But staff were kind and helpful.

It was the first time I stayed at crown promenade Melbourne. It is very conveniently connected to crown ******, and the reception staff very friendly and helpful . The room was bright , spacious and clean . I intend to book another stay in the new year .

Located near the Southbank Promenade, getting to the CBD was very easy as trams are a walking distance away. The room was very spacious and beds was comfy. The bathroom looks a bit old but it was serviceable. Will stay here again.

Excellent location, great room at a brilliant price

The hotel room was on a high floor, so the Wi-Fi didn't work at all, which was very inconvenient. When I went outside, there was a bridge along the river with many restaurants and people walking around. I was able to connect to the free Wi-Fi in Melbourne and somehow managed to get through. In Japan, the Wi-Fi is connected in the hotel room but not outside, so I realized that it's different from Japan overseas.

The room is nice, with two large beds, floor-to-ceiling windows, and the location is very good, next to the hotel, and the facilities are relatively new. The only drawback is that slippers and tissues are not hard to come by, so you have to get them yourself.

The bathroom only has a top-spray shower head, which is inconvenient for bathing children. The faucet has two switches for hot and cold water. The room phone is broken. The environment is clean and sanitary, and the coffee downstairs is delicious.

Very cost-effective and affordable hotel, good location, good facilities, new

The location is good and convenient for traveling. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the entertainment city through the overpass, 5 minutes to the river, and 10 minutes to the free tram station. The hotel is quite satisfactory, equivalent to a domestic four-star hotel. There is a smoking area and even the elevators have Chinese translation.
