Location is great and convenient to public transport/grocery shops, room that i booked high floor with stunning view. The staff was really helpful and response/attend to guest very quick. The only thing is the check in process, although the office is just across the road, might be a little troublesome for people who brings big luggage.

訂的是高層房間，真的好高，景觀一級棒，還能看到海！酒店很新，電梯很先進，超級超級快但不會有離心力及耳鳴！房間乾淨衞生，隔音好，還有洗衣機和烘乾機，方便了長途旅行的我們。地理位置也可以，在南岸，母親河旁邊，離免費電車區走路10-15分鐘，晚上在河邊走走實在太寫意。唯一不滿的就是泳池居然是不對遊客開放的，孩子有點失望。。。以及拿鑰匙的地方不是在樓下的前台，要走到對面馬路某個小角落，有點難找，訂的時候又沒寫清楚。。。

地埋位置非常的優越，走路可以到任何的都市地點，唯一需要自主能力強點或説有點語言溝通能力的，因為這個公寓是代管理經營的，沒有前台和隨時服務人員，衹有離公寓樓幾百米左右的地方有個拿鑰匙的辦公室

是一個很不錯的公寓
應該拿下了幾層對外做酒店式公寓
大樓裏沒有前台
要到對面adina附近的辦公室裏辦入住 拿鑰匙
酒店在南岸 沒有住city那麼嘈雜
但出行也很方便
離flinders station不遠
走過去大概10分鐘
樓很高 看出去風景不錯
房裡配有廚房和洗衣機
很適合四五天的住宿

設施齊全，城景美麗；但樓下無辦理入住及退房人員，取、退鑰匙在大樓外隔街的其它地方，也不是全天服務的，時間不好掌握，不方便，特別是不會英語的情況下非常急人。
