Great experience! Will definitely stay here again. Hotel was nice and clean. The drink and snack hour was amazing each evening, breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety and the Manager, Brad, went above and beyond to make sure guests were happy, talked to everyone, cleaned tables and anything else that needed doing.

Everything was great. I need a very firm mattress to sleep on and the mattress was very comfortable to my daughter but was not as great for me for a full night of sleep. I seriously think I would have been better if I slept on the floor. I think there should be at least one room with very firm mattresses available for one bed in case they are needed. 😂🥰. Also I asked on the first morning about having the deadbolt fixed as it would not lock on my door. The lady at the desk said maintenance would fix it and when we came back later that night it still was not fixed. So all we had was the safety latch. The staff was very polite and everything else was great.

This was the worst Marriott stay ever. The pictures look nice but I’m person it was extremely small. There’s no restaurant. The front TV buttons and remote barely worked. The sofa bed is not a double and very thin, found a goldfish underneath the mattress. The bathroom was picked up but not clean, the toilet paper was left from previous guest an only one extra roll was left to replace it. The bed sheets were not washed, there was static when moving them, the pillow cases were wrinkled and stained. I will be emailing corporate but this property is a disgrace to the Marriott name. Front Night staff and Night kitchen person was very nice, helpful and respectful so they’re not to blame. I will never stay here again with my money

Very nice, clean property. Large room, comfortable bed. Had a couch, ”coffee table” in the room, which is unusual. Good night of sleep. Breakfast was somewhat limited. If the hotel experienced full occupancy I would think that parking would be a problem. Management needs to, somehow, monitor/control smoking of illegal items. Price was a little more than we like to pay, but it was a little nicer than some of the less expensive properties.

AAmenaliaI stayed at this hotel with my daughter last weekend 7/29. We were really tired when we arrived and went straight to bed. The next morning I realized some major issues and talked to the front office about it. I even sent videos and pictures to the Custodial manager that was on duty. She was very apologetic & so was the lady working the front desk. But when the manager, I think his name was Corey, came out…. HIS ATTITUDE WAS HORRIBLE. As a matter of fact, I didn’t know he was the manager earlier when I saw him walked in, but when I said “Good Morning” he just kept walking. So maybe he was having a bad day.. REGARDLESS, that’s not my fault. He offered to give me some points, but for the issue I had, that just didn’t suffice at all!! He made no efforts to do anything else even after I expressed the fact that I wasn’t pleased. And I said it in a nice way, but I received Nothing but a BAD ATTITUDE in return!! I’m not sharing the video on here, only because the Breakfast Lady was outstanding.. and the front desk worker was a sweetheart….. But that manager was the WORST 👎🏾

陈陈The hotel service was great, the stay was comfortable, breakfast included, the restaurant had boiled water supply, the front desk was very kind, and the parking side was recommended. There are also many supermarkets nearby. If you are traveling, Uber is recommended. There are almost no pedestrians on the road and they are all driving.

GGuest UserWe reserved this hotel to host a small seminar. We also booked a couple guest rooms. The event space we reserved was presented as having a capacity of 60 people. We asked to have catering for 55 people. When we arrived to set up, the sales event manager was not onsite. We then discovered this room they had us in had a maximum capacity of 40 (there was a sign on the wall). It was TINY. They had about 50 chairs CRAMMED into this room. There was barely space to turn around (let alone social distance). Next we discovered that while we had paid for them to provide a paper flip chart, they did not provide it and no one was around to address that issue. We worked around it. Then we turn on the projector (because we were going to show a PowerPoint and some videos, etc.) and the projector bulb is not working properly. It colored everything we put on the screen in a bright neon yellow tint. At this point, suffice to say, we were mortified and having our seminar attendees see that state of all of this. Then comes the loud 21st birthday party in the room next door to ours. Our event was scheduled to end at 5:30. The party started at 5:00 sharp and the club music was so loud our guests could barely hear us over the music. Basically everything this venue could have done to screw up our event, they did. If you have something important going on, do not rent space from this place!

GGuest UserThis Hampton Inn DOES NOT represent the Hampton Inn Brand whatsoever!! And I have stayed in Many Hampton Inn's! Does this particular Hampton get a pass because it's located in a part of Memphis that has seen a lot of wear and tear? Absolutely Not!! Filthy elevators, and once in our room needing to use the restroom and seeing URINE on the seat of the toilet was a HUGE Deal Breaker in my book!! Granted, it was a small dot *which I took care of myself with a wash cloth and hand sanitizer but there is absolutely No Excuse for this! The bathroom floor had layers of dust and white specs of paper mopped into the corners. My husband tried to take a shower, but the shower door (which is on steel rollers) kept sliding open! Really?? I went downstairs to purchase a regular size candy bar from their snack bar area and saw the price of $2.75 for it. Needless to say, I took a pass on that. Obviously some ”price gouging” going on here. They are listing this hotel at $155.00/night. This hotel does NOT warrant that kind of pricing. If any good can come from this review, it would be to have someone from their corporate offices to read this! If you read this and feel the need to stay here anyway, do so at your own risk! And stay away from Room #308.
