It was clean room and air conditioning system was also perfect. But they need to fix problems like the mirror and ramp in the buttons. Furthermore, If you are concerning the noise from the next door, you would better select other choices.

Day 21 and still the most helpful friendly staff, Even when busy and for a small team they give the service. I've eaten everything on the menu, great food. Today's amazing team. Most importantly my favourite ladies Edyta and Agnieszka No.1 Housekeepers Managers Basha, Connor and Claudia Service Vicky, Kirpal, Chris, Aksel, Manny I've been staying here for 10days now. 2 staff members have been outstanding and made me feel at home. I don't know there surnames but I would like to say a massive thankyou to Chris and Manny. I can't leave out Connor the manager who has been brilliant from the start. I'm disabled and the extra care has made all the difference. Kirpal, Sam, Callum, Julia and Basia NIGHT TEAM best night staff I've ever come across, always smiling and willing to have a chat, and keep me well stocked with decaf. Thanks Michael, Krishore, Marie and David. The Whole housekeeping team always smiling in the morning. I will name everyone off you

We stayed here end of October for one night before getting on board our Cruise. Great location we parked on West Quay carpark for 1 night 7 pounds. We received a lovely welcome at the self check in desks . A really friendly member of staff. Our room was clean quiet and comfortable everthing you need. Plenty of places nearby to eat and drink. Took 5 mins in the car to the docks to park up for the week. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay here, and we love the hotel! Fantastic price combined with a clean, modern and large room, and a very central location. Soundproof windows, and a good AC (though the lowest temperature is 19 degrees, so still a bit too warm for our liking). The staff is nice and helpful, and we left our luggage at the hotel for half a day before checking in. Only disappointment was the slow WiFi. Did not try the breakfast or dinner, but you’ll find several grocery stores within walking distance. The main shopping street and WestQuay shopping Centre is a few minutes walk away. If you are going on/off a cruise, it’s an easy walk to the port. We used 25 minutes door-to-door with heavy luggage. 15 minutes to the train station.

No breakfast - no one actually on site when we arrived and ending up incurring 60 pound parking fine for parking in what I believed was the premier inn car park and then rang the office and after previous unsuccessful attempts of ringing reception got through today and nothing they can do to help and we don’t have a car park - yes I learnt that today

Did we love it. Yes. Was the bed cosy. Yes. In room kettle for tea & powdered coffee. Shower powerful and hot. Staff ace friendly and welcoming. They were in flux getting ready for re launch so no hot breakfasts and no bar so at breakfast we got free tea, coffee pastries (chocolates & plain croissants) and fruit (apples & bananas). The croissants and chocolate croissants were really good but no butter or confiture. But the real reason we usually go elsewhere is they have no proper espresso machines. It’s probably not the target market for the chain but again there’s no place for powdered coffee in hospitality in 21st century UK. Happy to pay for great coffee. The coffee at breakfast is push a button machine but on our morning it had broken so no coffee and staff ‘don’t know what’s wrong’. I wouldn’t take this coffee anyway. I went across to M&S in the shopping centre for great coffee. A 15 minute round trip. What annoyed most was literally ziltch WiFi. It dropped instantly no matter how many times we tried. It’s not acceptable in this age. We rarely stay in these inns and the last time was Newbury (I think but it was an inn near Bath) and the WiFi was grim there too. It was the premium room that time and still useless so there may be a bigger problem.

Not value for money. Some people at check-in paid less then myself for the same type of room. I was charged 20% more. Don't know why and I asked staff member and she just smiled at me. Not a happy customer this time. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Arrived just after the official check in time, self service check in machines not working, but the 2 members of staff did a good job, checking in the guests. We had a premier plus room on the 5th floor, which was very comfortable, only comment the hairdryer wasn’t very powerful. A shame Thyme restaurant and the bar was closed for refurbishment while we were there.

Staff went above and beyond, customer service. Very efficient and friendly staff member assisted to print documents and how-to get urgent prescription as I had left in error my overnight bag. The assistance allowed me to relax and enjoy my holiday.
