Premier Inn Southampton City Centre (West Quay)

It was clean room and air conditioning system was also perfect. But they need to fix problems like the mirror and ramp in the buttons. Furthermore, If you are concerning the noise from the next door, you would better select other choices.

I like the location. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Loved the pillows & that there were 2 spare, plus that they were sealed so you knew you’d opened them. Was pretty accessible except for the walk from the car park. But wasn’t too far and there were no steps. There wasn’t many staff about and they did say our room number out loads which does annoy me. We got to our room it was clean and tidy, the mood light in the bathroom was great. Plenty of space in the accessible room. Plugs on both sides of the bed and by the table also. There’s no onsite parking, but the multistory at the back was only £7 for the whole night. Couldn’t complain. The area by the lifts looked very messy and other than having one person tap their room card to access the lifts there wasn’t any way to stop random people entering. The smokers you have to walk through to enter wasn’t a great experience.

Located opposite the West Quay shopping centre. The hotel has self check in, however there was a staff member on duty to help who was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet. We did not have a bath, just a shower. Irons and ironing boards were available if needed. Also extra tea, coffee, milk etc. There is no onsite parking. We parked in West Quay multi storey which cost £7.00 for 24hours.

Excellent location next to West Quay, lovely rooms. You cannot fault this place for location it's a stones throw from west quay shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The only fault is the stupid automated check-in procedure. Queueing to use 2 machines and neither worked so the helpful staff had to help everyone

The hotel is very conveniently sited for shopping and for the ferries. The room was very comfortable and extremely quiet - we were on the 5th floor. The bed was very comfortable and we always bring our own pillows. I would certainly stay here again.
