Very clean and quiet, the accommodation fee includes a Western buffet breakfast, in addition to a water heater, there is an electric iron and an ironing rack in the room. Overall, it feels very comfortable.

Nice spacious room which was very well equipped, well decorated and clean. Close to river Hamble so ideal for riverside walk. Also good pub close by. Manager Steve was very polite and helpful.

Generally good rooms with comfy beds, well heated and quiet, parking fine providing you observe the hotel's security system related to parking.
Food OK though some dishes very heavy on the oil/fat and should be avoided.

This was the venue for our event so great to be able to stay on site. really nice Pub style menu - great service and the room was a good size with modern appliances and a really comfortable bed

Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Clean, very well equipped and comfortable rooms. Plenty of free parking for residents.
My only issue was the relatively late, 08.00hrs, start for breakfast. I would have preferred a 07.30 start. Overall though, an excellent place to stay.
