I lost my earphones. It was clearly there on my mobile phone, but the hotel didn’t give me any help and was not responsible. I went to look for the earphones with a high-spirited attitude, and whoever ordered it complained. Both the shower gel and shampoo an unknown liquid

Wasnt having the best stay here as had 1 issue spoke to 1 duty manager called Mutto and everything was sorted in quick time and made the experience here a lot better. Would definitely come back now because of him and the way he handled everything. Excellent customer relations from a top notch manager

Perhaps the "worst" premier inn experience we've had. The bed was lumpy, the window wouldn't open so the run was roasting, then with the fan on it was freezing. The lock on the bathroom didn't work, there was mould on the bathroom ceiling above the shower, holes in the walls in my bf's parents room, even looked like blood on the ceiling on the 5th floor. Plus the walls were just dirty with either suitcases or shoes or something but big black marks everywhere near the sofa bed thing. The 4 times we went down to breakfast in the two trips here to and from our holiday destination, it felt like the floor hadn't been washed in that entire week. It was unbelievably sticky walking around breakfast. Not the best experience.

Member of staff on evening meal on 16th may done nothing but moan when ordered food to asking for cocktails ruined my stay too room was ok hair still on shower head from person before ceiling problem no air conditioning apart from that ok breakfast not many options unlike when I stayed in Gloucester premier inn hence going for premier inn but this definitely dispointed me my daughter and dad unsure if I would book again at premier inn after this

This hotel was in a good location but with the amount of roadworks at the time it was chaotic and difficult to navigate. The rooms were clean and could be cooled down nicely in the hot weather. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and it was noisy through the night as other guests came and went with doors banging.

Staff hardworking and friendly nothing too much trouble- great location walkable from train, theatre and shops - bathroom was clean, modern fantastic shower and nice to have plenty of white thick soft towels- definitely return
