3 night stay in a nutshell. Night 1, terrible night sleep due to 2 issues in my room, I was moved room, however I wasn't asked what was wrong so the issues will remain for future guests. Day 2, very disappointed in breakfast, poor quality ingredients and limited choice. Premier inn breakfast used to be a treat (nostalgia has me thinking of it like the size of a wagon wheel/cost of a fredo when I was a kid). I cancelled breakfast for days 2 and 3 but this hadn't been actioned by the time I left the hotel. Night 2, TV in my new room was not working, I was given another remote by reception but this didn't solve the problem. Night 3, member of staff came to my room to look at faulty TV, couldn't fix it, I was offered to move room again, however given the first rooms problems and that it was after 10pm, I declined. Lastly and my favourite (!), around 7.30am while I am in the shower I hear someone enter my room. I leave the shower and no one is there, just as I start dressing the door is opened whilst I am stood completely undressed by someone coming to fix the TV. No knocking, nothing. Failures at this hotel in the kitchen, room maintenance, reception/customer service but the location is excellent
