Great location, very close to the harbor, good hotel service, perfect for one night stay

A bit far from the train station, only one elevator is working, the other one is in maintenance. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Took some time before they were able to check me in. There was no available toiletries when I asked from the front desk.

In the city centra, easy to any where of Southampton. It’s room clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good!

Beautiful room with an amazing view. Breakfast was incredible. Service was immaculate! Only thing that let us down was the lift situation as after breakfast we waiting 25 minutes to get the lift back to the room. When we went to check out we waited 15 minutes and then decided to go down the stairs from the 9th floor as we were worried about missing checkout. Need more and bigger lifts. Or. Just maybe a life for the housekeeping team. All in all it was still amazing and we hope to stay again soon

The location is good. According to 7th floor the view was good too. we have luck to see the nice cruise 🛳 view and foggy view both. Breakfast is good but not so many varieties of food. hostess and waitress have wonderful service. The bed sheet have some blood dirts was disgusting 😒. Carpet looked old and many stains on it. Please try to do some deep cleaning for the room would help to get some more repeated guests.

The morning receptionist during breakfast was very unprofessional trying and making very weird statements that made me very uncomfortable like suggesting my card was denied whereas I hadn't used my card at the facility etc

Service was great, room was clean and had everything that was needed. Loved to location as it is just next to the harbour, but also next to the malls and high street. Would stay again!

Very clean, with free storage service

Only one light switch worked in our room. Bathroom was so small you couldn't turn around to shut the door. Food was abysmal, breakfast £16.95 for a meal worth no more than a fiver. Add on the £15 car park that they don't tell you about then take off the e tea hour you should have after they change the checkout time from 12 o'clock to 11am. Restaurant more like a greasy spoon cafe. Air con so high that you need fur hat and gloves in summer! I will never stay there again. Staff don't give a damn. Pre paid but by the time we checked out after 1 night they had conned us out of £150. I will NEVER darken yhere

Right next to the Mayflower Harbor. Convenient for travel. Nice scenery. IKEA is within 10 minutes' walk. I didn't choose breakfast this time. It was good according to the introduction. I will choose it next time.

The hotel room is clean, but the lighting in the room is insufficient. The service attitude of the staff is good. There are only two elevators and the space is small. They can only carry two to three people plus luggage at a time. Unfortunately, there was a problem with both elevators and we had to go. stairs.

Good service. IHG members can check out at 2pm. Breakfast is good. It is close to the cruise port, just a 10-minute walk away.
