The suite with a king-size bed and two sofa beds was not ready, so we changed to a suite with two twin beds and a sofa bed. The room was surprisingly large and clean.
The hotel has a self-service laundry room, but the equipment is relatively old.

Downside was that the pool was not heated as promised. I called ahead to verify before making the reservation and even a day before arriving they confirmed it is heated. Once arrived the water was freezing

The room was very spacious. The staff was amazing. Renso was at the front desk and he went above and beyond to make sure we were all taken care of. This was our first time visiting the Hamptons and our stay made our trip!

I loved the rooms and cleanliness but next time I'm getting top floor it was extremely noisy all night and morning barely any sleep

Cleanliness is clearly a high priority at this location. The room was beautifully decorated and they seem to have thought of everything in terms of what people need to enjoy their stay. Going into the summer season, it may be a good idea to a dustpan and broom for the sand.
