All Seasons Resort, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

The rooms are very clean and apparently newly remodeled. They are small however. I had 2 queens and a bit tight. Nice area. The staff at the desk when I arrived, specifically the female who was training/assisting the other staff member needs to tone it down. I walk in with a walker and she simplay proceeds to assign me a room on the second floor. I ask if there is an elevator and she says No. I have 2 teenagers with me and was now becoming nervous that we could not stay there. I had no idea it was not handicap accessible on floor 2. She immediately barks "no reason to be rude". I was in no way rude and told her that. Pretty bad when two teens raise their eyebrows and go on about how rude she was and so forth.

The pool and hot tub was nice. Not a fan of having it in full view of front check-in lobby. The continental breakfast was far less than we expected. The fruits looked wilted, and not fresh. Did not offer much of a selection for other breakfast foods. The rooms were clean but small. We paid for a deluxe room with a balcony, but had no access to the balcony. The door could not be unlocked. Definitely not deluxe.

We gave you four stars only because the breakfast was scarce. Otherwise all was good.
