We have just spent 3 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed out stay. The room is outstanding and extremely spacious. The room contained a separate shower, large bedroom, separated from a lounge area by sliding doors. There was also a small kitchen area (microwave, fridge and sink only) and a small dining area. Sliding doors opened up to a small balcony area overlooking the beach and sea. This room was outstanding for the price paid and far exceeded our expectations. We must compliment the staff on how clean our room was (room 52). The decor was immaculate and the bed was comfy! Only downside in our opinion was that there are no restaurant facilities available. There are some vending machines for snacks only. As we visited out of season, the hotel was a little isolated should you need to venture out for a meal. A car is an absolute must, with a 10 minute drive to the nearest restaurant. Overall it is a great place to stay and we would definitely stay here again.

We went to Smuggler's Beach as a RCI exchange. There was a snafu on checkin. I had called the resort same day as I booked to ask for a first floor accommodation, we were booked for a second. It was changed, and as we left the office, I clearly heard some snark through an open window. "I don't know who she talked to. It wasn't me." The room change gave us a less desirable room. A balcony, but no door to access it as the room was smaller than others in the resort, The changed room had a balcony like all the other rooms, but no access, no door. Ridiculous. And lastly, as we were leaving, we were hit up for a $75 "resort fee". For the pool and wifi usage and the daily maid exchange of towels. No guest should have to pay a resort's wifi bill. Or contribute to staff salary. The extra fee should have been listed on RCI's website. And RcI was 'unable to help' as 'we don't control fees the resorts charge."

Right on the beach, but they have a glassed in pool and hot tub away from the wind or rain. The units are comfortable for two people, but the couch does pull out for an extra bed. No kitchen, but fridge and microwave. Lots of restaurants nearby….plus they have ice cream socials with excellent ice cream!

We have stayed at the Ocean Club on Smugglers Beach for many years. It has it's own private sandy beach, an enclosed pool, a large sun deck, gym, and activities. A great place for children, too. It is located right on the water, and is centrally located to nearby restaurants and attractions.

Very nice resort on the beach. Location on Mid-Cape was great for exploring other towns on Cape Cod. Near great restaurants and shopping.

We spent school vacation week here. It was great! The staff was very helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. We had a pretty view of the ocean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The fireplace was also a nice touch.

This is one of the timeshare resorts that I will consider to go back, for it has a great ocean view and easy access to the beach. The miles long beach is beautiful and easy to walk on. Many good restaurants are also in 10-15 min. drive.

The hotel is nice and right on the beach. The place needs some updating. I did not like the fact that upon arrival (late at night) I had to prepare the sofa bed for my children even if the hotel knew we were 4 people the couch was closed and the bed linen close by. Did not like the fact that you have to pay for the coffee in the room (first is free) and not 1 dollar as stated on the reservation but 2 doillars...well located to visit the all area about 1 hour from Provioncetown

Very nice location, and staff is dedicated to making you feel welcome I have stayed here several times, and hope to make many more trips Convenient to many activities and good restaurants, but I miss the Christmas Tree Shops
