Most friendly and helpful receptionist mam & night shift sir and staff (specially mr. Bablu & mr. Mo-nu & mr. Shef, i was stay in 4 nights and 3rd time in stay in this hotel. Rooms are quiet spacious, clean and good servicsfood is also very good. This hotel stay is lovely and great. Overall it was a nice stay as per the price and looking forward to visit again.

We have Stayed there for two Nights service cleaning other things all good but I forgot my laptop charger and power bank in room
I called them about as they confirmed with me yes They received lost and Found from room
now I sent My Friend to collect but problem is Here reception staff saying they Didn’t receive anything I could possible
Why hotel doesn’t have any Lost and Found policy

We had two rooms booked. One was next to reception and throughout the night, the employees were watching videos on their mobiles and making a LOT of noise. Between 2 and 5am. We had to get up to ask them to be quiet. Second stay and the first was fine, but no benefit to stay if you can’t sleep before an early flight. We will be asking for a refund for one of the rooms

I recently stayed at hotel southwest inn in dwarka sector 13 and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent, with convenient access to the metro station and nearby amenities, making it easy to navigate around delhi. The staff was courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay with all the necessary amenities. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The breakfast options were limited, and the quality could be enhanced to match the standards of the hotel. Also, the wi-fi connection was unstable at times, which was a bit inconvenient for work. Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel offers good value for money with its reasonable rates and helpful service. Overall, i would recommend hotel southwest inn for a short stay in delhi, especially for those looking for convenience and affordability.

Yeah Actually my stay at this hotel is excellent👍
This is my first stay like all alone but I'm fully satisfied with the Hotel staffs and their facilities. Also the room is neat and clean with positive ambience which makes this hotel perfect for stays.. Also the prices is quite friendly so this is the best stay in this Area

JJUNBINGFirst of all, this place can find a 300 yuan hotel should be good, equivalent to the domestic 100 or so hotel, breakfast is not free, drink a glass of milk, the second cup is gone, there are flies. There are mosquitoes sleeping at night, no slippers. There is a supermarket next to it, it is convenient to listen to.

KKrish.GStaff are friendly and location was great. The hotel undergoing renovation hacking being done in uncontrolled manner, dust is flying everywhere and noisy. Rooms facilities are worn out.

GGuest UserFirst, I had not been to this hotel previously. ”Hotel” staff were helpful. The room was overpriced: a mere cubbyhole. They did provide someone to assist in getting to the next ticket counter. Little description of how to actually get to the hotel, in the middle of the terminal. I purchased the ”$25 dinner”; and what a joke. Wait staff was slow, the fish and chips took nearly 45 minutes in a restaurant with only a few patrons, fish had a ”funny” taste to it, small menu, based on the per meal pricing, there was no reason to buy a $25.00 meal. WiFi was questionable.
