We have requested for room decor for new wed couple which was not done. We have asked for food which was not on time

We recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positive aspects, our experience was marred by a few serious issues. The hotel boasts a beautiful ambiance and well-maintained surroundings, which initially made a great impression. However, we faced two significant problems during our stay. Firstly, the pool area was unsafe. To our shock, there were nails in the pool, and one of them got stuck in my son's toe, causing us distress and inconvenience. This is a major safety concern that needs immediate attention. Secondly, the quality of the quilt provided in our room was extremely poor. It was uncomfortable and didn't match the standards expected from a hotel of this kind. Additionally, the food was sub-par and left much to be desired. While we appreciated the pleasant ambiance and certain aspects of the hotel, the safety issue and lack of quality in basic amenities like bedding and food made our stay less enjoyable. I hope th. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works to improve them for future guests.

The receptionist ********* lady is very rude in behavior she don't know how to talk to guest she acts like she is the owner of the resort, as i'm a travel i visit many cities and hotel but i have never seen such an attitude receptionist first me and my wife booked for 1 day but then we decided to extend so we call in reception that we are going to stay 1 more day and we want same room they said ok no problem then in the morning we were going for the meeting she said ifcwe want to stay then we have to change the room so we said we are already informed and you didn't say from before now we are going out in a very rude way she said before i didn't said but now i'm saying so if you don't want to change the room then you can check out ! so we check out so i think management should teach her how to handle in reception.

Spacious and clean rooms good service food was expensive good but good had an amazing stay

Property's location is nice as it is situated away from the hustle and bustle of city traffic. A very large and maintained lawn. The food tastes good however if you are adding a meal package ***** with your stay, they would not give you options. Amenities are good but very costly like just an ice bucket would cost you Rs. 100- and a bottle of mineral water would cost you Rs. 180. Let's not get into the services part, all the staff is rude.
