Friendly host that showed us to our room. Warm room, comfy bed, very clean, lovely ensuite. Basic tv, shower gels etc in room along with tea and coffee making facilities. Close to shops and railway for easy travel. Can't fault the place and will definitely stay again.

Excellent stay and a good host.No complaints at all and would stay again. Lovely spacious bathroom,Tea-Coffee making facilities. An ideal location for Newcastle/Gateshead and South Shields. Lovely old building and well kept. Thanks Darren and Karen

Wonderful stay. Room was immaculate. Such a friendly place. The chap that welcomed us was really friendly and helpful. Beautiful building. Bathroom was spacious and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. Fantastic value for the price. Can't wait to return!! 5*
