Loved Bansha House. Mary is lovely, you will have a real Irish experience both in the home, grounds, and breakfast. Her homemade black current jam and marmalade is phenomenal. We felt very fortunate to have found Bansha House.

When you arrive, you pull down a long driveway with horse grazing on either side. YOu arrive at this beautiful house in the middle of the Irish Countryside and Ms. Mary comes to greet you. We felt so at home. Mary welcomed us, gave us some great pointers on where to go and what to do in the area and even introduced our little one to her granddaughter. A great place to stay!!

Mary is an excellent hostess. Along with her staff, we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. The home and grounds are lovely. It’s an old historic estate. Expansive grounds with beautiful horses. Very close to the small town and a great neighborhood pub. A great place to stay!

I was a little worried about this B&B due to the reviews. I’m so happy I didn’t listen to them. This place is amazing the 1700 farmhouse is a working racehorse farm. With views to die for, the host is 85 and just the sweetest. Our rooms were large and comfortable. Yes our bathroom was down the hall or the stairs but it wasn’t a problem. Robes are provided. Great breakfast just like you like it. Just beautiful will definitely visit again! If you like history this is the B&B for you.

We had an amazing stay in Bansha House. I was so excited to stay here because the exterior reminds me of Longbourn from the BBC Pride and Prejudice. The home was charming and the hostess even more so, offering lovely conversation and valuable insight into local attractions. We had a delightful stay!

Wwow what a wonderful stay Mary welcomes you with a grand smile. The food was beyond fantastic. The mornings were just grand. the grounds were beautiful. jsut down the road was a Kabob and pizza place that had a great evening snack. This is our 9 time for holiday in Ireland and this will be our first repeat stop on our holidays. Mary, we miss you allready. Looking forward to our next trip to come stay with you again Tom & Donna, George & Debbie. Thank you for all you did for us. We celbrated our 41st anniversary with Mary over a little Black Barrel Jamerson Whiskey at night. The best B&B in Ireland for us. Many thanks Mary

We stayed here while attending a wedding locally. Mary welcomes guests with wonderful warmth and humour to her beautiful country home. The breakfast was everything homemade and delicious, especially the home grown plum compote. The room was beautiful and the views (especially in Autumn) are gorgeous. Highly recommended.

Mary was a wonderful and gracious host! The estate is picturesque and immaculately clean. Breakfast was delicious! We would highly recommend a stay here as it is also centrally located and close to the Rock of Cashel.

This place was the most beautiful B&B in which I stayed during my time in Ireland. The views are breath taking. Frank was so warm and welcoming and a big thank you to Ed for allowing me to tour the stables and walk around the grounds. Everyone was so lovely! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone, and hope to return one day.
