We stayed during Ied Mubarak holiday for 4 days/3 nights in April 2025. We booked 2 connecting rooms for my family (4 persons). I chose this hotel because it has swimming pool and gym, we used to exercise daily. In fact, the gym was closed for long term maintenance. It should be declared and crossed out from the hotel facility so we noticed from beginning, not surprised on site. The rooms at a glance were ok but when we looked to the interior were lousy. The curtain, gordyn, and bed lamps, dirty and stained. My children room has no curtain, so direct sunshine and very hot during the day. The towel seemed already used for years. not soft, looks lousy and the color not pure white as normally hotel towel. Each room provided safety box but no function at all. if you see the direction on the safety box (see the photo), it supposed has red button inside the box but no button at all. The safety box used 4 battery. In my room has only 2 batteries out of 4 and already expired since March 2018. My children' room has 4 battery but also not functioned. the button numbers and keys cant be pressed so we cant keep important and valuable items inside it. The swimming pool were crowded and the water was dirty. the hotel supposed to overall cleaning to the pool due to holiday seasons but the water obviously dirty. The parking lot is low maintenance, dirty, and rubbish everwhere. the Horison Ultima was only 3 years old last December 2024 as I saw from the stickwerck at lobby. The hotel was Star Hotel and changed to Horison Ultima. The parking lot was narrow and limited. For location is ok, near Java Mall. good for morning walk. the hotel staffs were polite and fast response. the amenities for 4* hotel is good enough. the mini fridge in the room is ok as well as the Aircon. If I may advise the management, please take serious attention to the cleanliness and maintenance also room refurbishment to the lousy interior inside as top priority.

The location is easy to reach even though it is in a shophouse complex, next to a shopping center. The check-in process is fast and easy. The cleanliness of the sheets needs to be improved

for room service it's ok, it's just that the TV doesn't have many channels, maybe next time it can be fixed the shower is also moldy, there was a lot of trash under the bed yesterday hihi

Comfortable enough just for few nights stay after busy hours during the day, not for staycation. It's a very tiny room but enough to rest.

Good. The location is quite strategic, the swimming pool is not clean. if there is a seminar event, parking is difficult. small size bath soap. The bathroom exhaust was noisy and too big, so after showering I was cold. the price is a bit expensive, my suggestion includes food and tax Rp. 250,000.
