Booked here last minute and they delivered all of my request. Room is clean, bed sheet is fresh (that is very important), and the bed is hard and pleasant to sleep on. Had very good rest after long day meeting. However they could have got 5 stars if only they check their water flow of the shower. The water was very little and slow that was the only thing that i couldn’t enjoy.

Not recommend for group travelers, we arrived one hour more before check in at 2 pm, want to arrange room and our other plan schedule at 3 pm. At first, they promised to arrange and would informed us, but they failed to manage it over 3 pm, so we have to postpone our schedule.
In the process we frequently communicate, asked duty manager but not present until we check out next day.
Hotel's staff no experience handling group travelers.
