The staff were all very friendly and kind. One man on the front desk in the evening made sure I had a spoon when I ordered an UberEats with no cutlery, two Central American staff members were happy to write a sentence in Spanish for an early check in to give to hostel staff as I was travelling to a Spanish speaking country with no language skills. The airport shuttle was a great service and I have no complaints. This is a budget hotel so please ignore the negative reviews from people. It is affordable and has all the regular amenities you can expect. Perfect for a layover with an early flight. Don’t expect luxury, it is exactly as the photos depict it. If you looking to nit-pick you will find something, but for the price this is very good. The staff are lovely and it’s a 5 min drive from SFO

I did a back to back check-in the previous morning, and a staff member came knocking on my door around check out, woke me up and told me to call front desk. I explained I did a back a back check in that morning, and he told me to call front desk. I went back in my room and called front desk. The same staff member I spoke to in front of my room answered and told me that he notified “them” that I did a back to back check in.

You get exactly what you pay for. Good location. There's a gas station down the street for drinks and items. There is a McDonalds across the street. Room had a weird, suspicious odor. Close to airport. Breakfast no great shakes...but the price is right.

Pretty shabby. 1 star max. The server got good attitude on phone but never got promise delivered. Without saying anything when checking in, King size got changed to double double, saying the rooms were overbooked which I have never heard in my half centuries’ life. My wife lost her outfit there. Should be lost and found but they never returned call as promised. Price is high comparing its environment, facility and services.

The room is very clean, two queen sizes, about 1.5 meters wide, the bed pillows are surprisingly comfortable, must praise, two fly in the ointment, the shower head in the bathroom is not big enough, the water does not flush, in fact, changing the shower head can solve it. The second hotel is close to the highway, a bit noisy. As other reviewers have said, we found this hotel to be a little worn down. Nevertheless, our room was clean and comfortable and all the people we encountered at the desk were helpful and friendly. However, getting food in this area was a real challenge. Usually airport hotels have lots of choices of both fast food and restaurants, but the offerings in this location are minimal. It compounded our disappointment to learn the hotel's restaurant was only open certain days. The cook-to-order breakfast that HGIs usually offer was totally missing, since the restaurant was closed on the two mornings we were there. I did not see this ANYWHERE on the website or would certainly have chosen a different hotel. Even though we had a car, there did not seem to be many places to eat; several we might have gone to were closed. There are several other hotels, even in the Hilton family, close by. I'd suggest picking one of them.

The room is clean and large. The structure of the hotel was that there was a window on the aisle side and it was open. There is a Tesla supercharger in the parking lot, so it is convenient to ride Tesla. It was convenient because it was close to the airport and a short drive to downtown San Francisco and tourist spots. It was a pity that the dryer was broken and could not be used when I wanted to use the washing machine.

The front desk service is very good, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the inner bay is outside the hotel, and the sea is calm like a lake, so you can take a walk. The airport bus departs every 45 minutes without reservation, but because it is the starting station, it takes 30 minutes to get to the airport. If you go to Uber, it will take 5 minutes.

We Statyed for 3 nights . We were early and they were super nice about checking us in early. William the one we dealt with most of the time was so awesome and accommodating during the whole stay. The Hotel itself was super nice . We loved the suite with the queen bed that was super comfortable in our room and the girls had a pull out bed in the living room. It had a full on kitchen with a hot top , dishwasher, microwave and fullsize fridge and also dishes and silver wear :) The shower was amazing great water pressure and lots of hot 💧water!! Also the free breakfast was great. We will definitely stay here during our next visit to San Francisco and highly recommend this place for families and anyone looking for a great place to stay.
