The room is not too big, but the facilities are very good. The bathroom is in the attic and you need to climb up and down, which is not very convenient. The hotel environment is first-class and the hotel restaurant is great.

A perfect hotel. From check-in to check-out, dinner, breakfast, rooms, service, garden, afternoon tea are all wonderful experiences. This is the most satisfying hotel during a three-week trip to Europe.

Nearly an hour's drive from London. Manor-like hotel. All the food and drink are produced on the own farm. The hotel's restaurant has the longest two Michelin stars in the UK. It has an excellent environment and excellent service.

我們訂的是花園套房，房間的大小和佈置是令人滿意的。但是！令人非常氣憤的是他們的警報鈴是壞的。住的第二個晚上，半夜一點警鈴大響，打電話給前台一直不通。響了很久以後打通前台電話，告知警鈴壞了，也沒辦法修，衹能一響就人為關閉。接下去的一晚上響了四次，每個小時一次，直到天亮。讓人根本無法入睡。酒店也沒有任何的解決方案。太令人失望了！因此酒店的服務可想而知。

From arriving to leaving was perfection. We've been to many a beautiful hotel, but this has been the best yet, for fantastic service from every aspect. The arrival welcome, check-in, being taken to the room, drinks and lunch on the beautiful lawn. The butterfly gin cocktail was divine! The room, our private garden, every single member of staff, the food...We had the 7 course extravaganza....Wow! Blown away with every mouthful. Oh, and the wine cellar tour was excellent. Really enjoyable and worthwhile. Highly recommend. I cant say enough, and cant wait to return! Thank you to every single one of you. (And the goody bag came in very handy when we were stuck on the M6 on our way home)

Where to even begin! From the moment you arrive here the grounds are stunning! Upon entering the service received is second to none. Everyone was so friendly dly, welcoming, and professional. Enjoying a cocktail in the lounge with the menu explained was the perfect start to the evening. Moving onto the restaurant the service was truly phenomenal. Katie was our server snd she instantly identified how best to build rapport with us, she was amazing! Magda our sommelier for the evening was incredible. Her passion really came through and she was so knowledgeable. She engaged with us, was funny, talked to us about her tastes in whisky, it was great. She really is a credit to the restaurant. Of course the food was the best I've ever eaten. Each course was perfectly presented, cooked to perfection and was the right amount of food to enjoy the tasting menu without feeling too full. I was in complete awe all evening at how fantastic the chefs here are. Thank you all for a perfect night. Also a shout out to Bilbo for being super cute on the reception!
