The hotel was a bit frayed around the edges, looked like it was over due a revamp. The staff however were fantastic. They were polite, kind, thoughtful, helpful and compassionate. The customer service was excellent.

Booked this last minute as needed to get to an event near by. The room was clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a good nights sleep. There is also free parking. There is an Asda Supermarket opposite which we did go in. Didn't use the Harvester next door.

Amazing stay and so quiet too although it don't have a bar you have a Asda opposite and a harvester right next door the staff here are so nice and the manager Dan was a great guy to speak too and helped us with the local knowledge of Wheatley this little hotel has had a refit too so was a pleasant stay

Good clean and big room. Friendly and helpful staff. Dog friendly too. Good for Oxford and the surroundindg area. Plenty of parkinf and a handy Asda across the road. Easy access to river bank walks through the Asda car park. Shame about the Harvestor next door poor food and service

We stayed at this hotel whilist visiting family in the area,first time staying when we arrived we had a lovely welcome the girl on the desk who we now know was Lucy was really bubbly and welcoming,the hotel itself was great,clean,quiet location,the room had everything we needed,staff were friendly,on departure we were asked how are stay was which was nice by the manager himself very nice chap very friendly and chatty was a really nice experience will definatley be back
