The bed was terrible. You could see that the mattress had hollows in it where it was worn out by just looking at it. The pilliows were worse. They were no more than 4 inches high but flattened down to no more than 1 inch high, so you felt like you were sleeping with your head below you body. You couldn't fall out of the bed because the hollows kept you safely in the bed. Found supermarket receipts on the floor near the bed, so cleaning of the room was a bit suspect as well. Yes there are positives - the shower pressure was great. The other positive was that we had to leave early the next morning. I could not recommend this motel. Yes it was cheap to stay in, but you get what you pay for.

Great family getaway...pool sauna spa kids gaming room, pool table and more ... Very comfortable beds ...enjoyed the 2 nights we stayed and great budget accommodation couldn't get more if you wantwd

1. Unit 7 was supplied.
2. The mattress was worn out - far too soft.
3. The shower was a disgrace - water must have been leaking over the years - smelt of mould - we did not use the shower at all.
4. The light over the bed did not work.
5. No plug supplied for bath area sink.
6. Some of the curtain hooks missing - curtains sagging.
7. If we had not paid, up front and therefore inspected the room beforehand we would NOT have stayed there.

Very good place. Kids loves it. Place was big, we love it. We just wish the heater can heat the whole place, but unfortunately, it can only heat (warm) upstairs when its really cold. Also, there’s a strong smell when you open the door, between kitchen and toilet/shower room. Can’t describe the smell, but very strong. Also, if you will need to cook, you must bring your own pan/sauce pan as those ones inside the kitchen cupboard was rusty/old. We don’t mind it for 1 day stay though. We’ll definetely book again, one day 👍 #Room17

The staff were lovely, the rooms were simple but just fine for our family, and the kids loved the pool. We will happily stay again next time we are in Launceston
