The hotel is in an excellent location and the room is fully equipped with all kinds of daily necessities, which saves the trouble of dining out and also saves economic costs. It is a good choice and worth recommending!

A large and well run hotel next to the Heavenly gondola in their “village”. Our Queen Studio room was overall nice and well stocked. The full but small kitchen was well stocked with quality appliances and kitchenware. The hotel has pool, spa, and ski storage onsite. They provide a daily light clean service we weren’t expecting. No restaurants onsite but many in the surrounding village. Only knock is the valet parking which was expensive,

Thought parking was pricey and no self park. Also earlest checkout time Ive ever seen, who does 10am except this place. Also latest check in time Ive ever seen 4pm!

Disappointing. ‘Since we booked through a 3rd party’, we were asked if an ‘accessibility’ room with a nice view would be ok. When we asked about the difference of the room, we were told extra handles around. The bathroom was terrible without a counter at all. Shower was awful. A very small mirror high above the sink. No closet to hang clothes. People in need of accessibility deserve and need better than this!

The hotel is wonderful from customer service to the presentation. Central convenience to shops and restaurants. The only minus was no fan in the bathroom and gets stuffy. Overall, I would stay again.
